North-Hotel

In a very busy part of the city but remarkably quiet. Sometimes I thought I was the only one there although the hotel was fully booked. No noise from the busy street either. A good nights sleep guaranteed. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. They leave at 7pm but you can still contact them by phone in an emergency.

It is exactly what it says…a quiet comfortable no frills place to stat. There is a coffee machine in the lobby outside reception and a vending machine which was broken during my stay. There are no facilities such as a restaurant or bar but there dozens of these on the same street.

Friendly staff, good location (very central), Reeperbahn is a busy street, but our room was on the other side, so no issue. And a few streets from the hotel, you'll find nice and coza restaurants. Room are clean, well renovated. Bathroom are small, but manageable.

Réception hours are limited, which may be a bit inconvenient if you would like to drop a baggage outside of the hours. But we found some solutions with the nice staff.

Simple, and the room is small, but it's clean, and all work fine. The location is certainly central (especially if planning to go out at Reberbahn/St. Pauli area), but it does mean you need the window closed or to use earplugs.

Reception is not open after 19:00, which isn't a problem, since the staff will make sure you get the code to the entrance. However, especially single female travellers may not feel safe, also when considering the location, with drunks and homeless people literally "hanging out" (or living?) next to the entrance.

it was on a busy street but incredibly quiet inside. it is close to two Ubahn stations so easy to access from the main station.

Rooms were cleaned every dat and smelled fresh. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks although it is room only. it is great value for money and the staff are very friendly

Well located near the U line and the St Pauli Landungsbrücken, where there are the cruises and boat tours. Very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, clean room and bathroom. The window was very good at isolating noise from the outside, we could sleep very well. The reception team is very kind.

There is no elevator, reception opens very late (around 11h00).

. super location. 2min walk to U-bahn, right next to “red light street”. restaurants, bars, clubs right on front door. . clean, facilities are morden, comfortable bed . we stayed only 1 night, came late and check out early in morning. we not meet anyone but self check-in and check out processes are simple and convenient. Highly recommend

Very good location, great value for money and very flexible in check-in and -out. Room was very clean and communication with reception was very easy.

There is some noise outside, but what else would you expect when staying in the center of Hamburg. No complaints at all! Just a very good stay in a lovely city.

The hotel is very centrally located. The room was small but that was all we needed for one night. Receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a party area so it could be quite noisy if you have a room on the street side. We had a room on the back of the hotel so the noise didn’t bother us that much.

Room was small but that didn't bother me because I wasn't in Hamburg to stay in my hotel room. Just for those with mobility issues, please note there is no lift.

You get exactly what you pay for. My room was clean with a decent bed and bathroom. The service is excellent from friendly staff, but be aware they are only in reception during day time. Location is on main street, but the room I had was towards the back and was really quiet.

Small things like the shower head was difficult to get to be in middle position and that they close reception at night
