Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The location was great, with a direct train link to the airport from the nearby Landungsbrucken S station.

Room was very tiny even for a city, felt a little claustrophobic. Parking in St Michael garage is very expensive but the hotel has a discount card....if you pay the deposit cash... :-( that's not very customer friendly because I had no cash and had to pay the full amount in de public garage.

Small room. One of the person from the restaurant was rude. We were late 10 minutes after 11 am at the breakfast...it was not nice. The breakfast it.s until 11 am and we finished it at 11.11 and left. Between 10.45 and 11.00, the person from the staff was angry. And we were late for medical reasons...
