The hotel is near to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The stuff had been very friendly and helpfulness. The room had been very clean, with a large nice bed, a small fridge, a good working AC and big TV. So I could relax very well. And a big plus for the very funny lady, who sold the 🍻 in front of the restaurant. And also a big complement for the stuff, who stayed very friendly, even when a crazy guest shouted loud and with ugly words. They really did a very good job.

The hotel is really situated in the "desert | dschungel". You couldn't go out for the next shop or restaurant. For this u have to use the restaurant in the hotel. But there is a bus line not fare from the 🏨. This line u can use with the ticket, given free by the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is about 10 Euro.

The staff and the room were just fine.

We chose this hotel BECAUSE it was an "airport" hotel. It is false advertising in our opinion to label this hotel an "airport" hotel. Yes it is located next to cargo area for the airport, BUT it is not near the passenger terminal at all. It required a 21 Euro taxi trip (15 minute drive) or the hotel shuttle which was charging 10 Euros per person. For our group of 3 that would have been 30 Euros. The hotel is set off by it self, so we had to use their restaurant and bar. No restaurants or shops near by.

Construction around there made it very difficult to access by taxi, public bus was better. Airport shuttle very expensive 10€ for a short 7min ride. A Rip off

The hotel is close to airport (10 minutes drive) and is perfect for a stay between connecting flights. It is located in a an area where there is nothing around (except other hotels). No bar, no restaurant (the hotel has one), no shopping centers, etc... You need to take either public transportation / private car or tax to go to a more touristic place. In my case was ok, since it was one night and I had a connecting flight. There is a shuttle from the airport to hotel, it cost 10 Euro / person / stay (I got clear information per email and also on booking.com).

Staff was awesome, helpful, polite and professional. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Location was good with shops and good cafes nearby. I especially enjoyed being able to walk from the hotel to all the places in Rome I wanted to visit. Plenty of bus stops for those who enjoy walking a little less. Highly recommend a visit to Ostia Antica, short train ride to get there. I would stay here again.

I would’ve like to have had a reading or sitting chair in the room in addition to the desk chair. Bathroom windows need repairing so they can be closed and locked. Especially since the bathroom windows opened on to the balcony of the adjoining room. I did not like the fact that guests from the adjoining room were on the balcony talking outside the bathroom of my room. The noise level from the market below the window was a little annoying in the late evening.

Clean room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet. Direct Hotel shuttle service from Terminal 1 B5 to the hotel. If you land on terminal 2, simply take the airport shuttle to the terminal 1 and look for the right hotel bus.

Please check while booking that you are reserving a double bed and not two separate beds. This led me to a slight uncomfortable stay. However, it was because I overlooked the details while booking. The temperature controller in the shower is very sensitive - to an extent that is was extremely difficult to find the right temperature. Slight change in the knob rotation either made the water too warm or too cold.

Nice clean and modern looking rooms with plenty of space. Restaurant/ breakfast room was relatively compact but more than adequate for the number of people I saw using it. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was well laid out in a buffer style and there was a good range of food available. I used the Ju52 bar for my evening meal, where you can get a burger or a pizza until 2200 hrs ( pizzas served until 2300 hrs ) - nice beer too ! There is a €2 tourist tax per night. I walked to / from the airport but I only had a rucksack - took 25/30 minutes at a leisurely pace due to the 30+ degree heat ! Would recommend and use again.

great location for us as we were overnighting prior to a morning departure. We had interconnecting rooms that were comfortable and allowed us as parents to have a bit of space while knowing our 14 and 11 year olds were safe.

Unfortunately the climate control of the room was centrally turned off for the middle of the night, making sleeping quite difficult despite the comfortable bed and spacious room. We also were surprised by options for dining in the restaurant - being in Germany near the airport, we expected to have local styled food that showcased the area - but had to settle for pizza...quite disappointing. Breakfast however was quite good, with a good selection and excellent coffee, teas, and juices....

We spent the night here on our way to our final destination in our summer vacation. We stayed in a family suite, which had 2 separate rooms and a small hallway. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms are quite big, spacious and comfy bed. There is a TV, a mini-fridge and a safe. You have instant coffee and tea available. Bathrooms are also very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had dinner, which was delicious. You could choose meals off the menu or go with the buffet option, which had many good choices.

We left at 2am to get to our very early flight. The road that starts in front of the hotel and leads to the parking lot in the back had no light at all.

The room is more spacious than expected and very comfortable. The room is also equipped with a kettle and choice of tea and coffee, complimentary sparkling water and complimentary yogurt with granola. The airport shuttle is very fast and convenient, except for the price that is a bit excessive (10 euros pp for a few minutes ride, a taxi costs 15, so sharing a taxi is the best option).

The restaurant was not equipped to cater to special diets, and lacks the flexibility to adapt the menu. Fortunately the pub was more flexible and I finally could have dinner. Being an airport hotel and isolated from any other restaurant/facility I expected a bit more.
