KEMPE Komfort Hotel

First off, it was really easy to find from the Hauptbahnhof and not too far by transit. Then, when I had to get to the airport the next morning, I could do so by hopping on a train that has a station right next to the hotel. Very convenient! The lady at the front desk was really friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Then I got to the room and it was beautiful! And there was a little pack of gummy bears waiting for me! The shower was great; maybe the best shower I've had in 3 months in Germany! Amazing water pressure, enough room to wash without bumping my elbows on the walls. I also liked that there were blackout blinds on the windows. All in all, it was exactly what I needed for that night.

Because the hotel is right next to a train station, I did hear trains going past throughout the night, so that wasn't the best.

The location is very near to the centre of Düsseldorf, and directly opposite Wehrhahn train station that links literally to the entire NRW. Staff Speaks English too. Room service is the best thing in this Hotel, active and so helpful, Mrs. Huda and Mr. Rami, endless thanks. If I were to return to Düsseldorf, no way I choose other Hotel.

The washing machine room should have been better. 7/10 the new policy of Room service every 3 days isn't a good idea, as i think. + the price could have been much more appropriate if it was a little bit lower.

Very good location, 2-3 minutes walk from Wehrhahn S-Bahnhof (fast connection to HBF and Airport). You can also find bus-stops and Ubahn station nearby. I rented the cheapest category room, it was clean, pretty spacious and even has a luggage shelf (in the big closet), welcome drink - water, and candy. What supprised me was the hotel staff - there were super friendly and supportive. The receptionist let me checked in before regular check in time after knowing that I had barely slept the night before (in another hotel). The breakfast was pretty decent.

As there is only Hot-spot WIfi offered, the connection was unstable. If you are sensitive to car and trian noises, I suggest that you get some earplus - or closing the windows (much better after closing the windows).

The location was walking distance to everything I wanted to visit/explore for my 2 days stay. Facilities were great. Excelent choice for myself!

I do not appreciate the windows which needs to be fixed - do not close very well and the area is noisy. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. For the second night stay I did not receive new water bottle, however I did receive a delicious coffee when checking out.

The breakfast was great, much better than expected, very kind and professional staff (especially the lady at the breakfast), very comfortable bed, very well functioning and practical shower. Generally very uncomplicated and cosy stay, great value for money.

There is no aur conditioning (but we were there during a heatwave and the temperature in the room was still quite ok, so no real issue). Also the furniture is generally a bit old and some modernizing would be good, but for the money one couldn't wish much more.

The room was big enough, clean and the hotel is well located next to a S-Bahn station, Tram station, and Bus station. For the money you pay, I guess what you receive is quite fair. Next to the reception there is a wending machine from where you can purchase drinks and snacks.

Wi-fi connection has to be improved, the internet connection was not the best.

Perfectly adequate hotel with a very clean and spacious room. Good parking facilities for a reasonable price.

Location and outside of the building might scare you off but don’t be alarmed the hotel is perfectly fine on the inside.

Location was great The staff was really polite and helpful The breakfast, even though you have to pay extra, was more than decent Overall very nice for a couple of nights!

The room was a bit cold in the night and the fact that the reception is available until 22.00 is a bit annoying, but if you have a way (electronic key) to enter the hotel later in the night then there’s no problem.

Suddenly, trippling prices during Messe, which is not worth it to stay in any hotel and in general in Dusseldorf. Making uncomfortable for visitors.
