I came with my two daughters to explore Berlin. The staff were so kind and welcoming from the minute we entered. They clearly wanted to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and went the extra mile for everything, from finding space in the parking garage for us, to turning on the Finnish sauna upon request, to even looking for and mailing back to us three dresses that we had left behind in the closet. The location was close to so many restaurants of every kind. This trip we were focused on seeing the famous sights, but next time we will definitely return to just relax and pamper ourselves in the beautiful and spacious room, excellent wellness and fitness center, and the neighborhood. Highly highly recommend.

I didn't like that I had to leave.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were gorgeous and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located at the end of Kurfürstendamm, a fantastic street/area, and is a short walk to the Adenauerplatz Berlin U Bahn line for easy access across the city. I also want to make special mention of how exceptionally kind and accommodating the staff is, they really made our stay exceptional!

The wifi needs a bit of finesse once a day; you just need to forget the network and re-connect each day. Nothing terrible, it's just the only thing that I can think of that I didn't like. :)

Nice big suite with separate living room, bedroom. Bathroom very big with great underfloor heating. Swimming pool decent size and good for our son to play in.

Swimming pool not heated so a little bit cold for me although my son didn't mind. Hotel is a little bit outside of the city centre but plenty Uber to get around. Couldn't work out how to work the coffee machine could do with instructions. Only two English language TV channels, both Sky movie channels.

Beautiful room, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. Very attentive and friendly staff Great location on Kudamm and 100 meters from U-Bahn station.

The toiletries offered were not on par with the hotel standard - no conditioner or body lotion (may have been available on request, I did not ask). Small gym that felt stuffy as it was next to indoor pool.

Visiting family who lived nearby so the location was perfect for us. Small Balcony with the room was better than expected. Room was very clean with housekeeping daily. pool and steam room were very good with nobody there (fall) Kitchen was good. Beds and bathroom were very good. Front staff were very helpful in English.

We did not do the breakfast included option. Seemed expensive at $26 when you have a good kitchen in your room.

Daily Room cleaning can be slipshod and quite summary. Very dusty upholstery/curtains/rugs, beware if you have allergies as my son does. Central AC/heating vents also seem to blow in pollutants, had to switch them off.

The location of this hotel with small kids is wonderful. There is actually space within the accommodation to relax.

Complete lack of personnel in the spa area was a little unnerving.

The welcoming/smiling staff. The old world interior style. The quiet view of the gardens. The elegant dining room and sophisticated Breakfast. On the Ku’damm, steps from designer shopping. Neighborhood full of restaurants.

This is such a lovely hotel. Tradition, beautiful rooms, very airy and spacious and well stocked with the things that you need, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and a great sauna and pool. Our favourite quirk was the fact the rooms have an actual key rather than a card lock

Permanent always friendly and helpful reception. Spacious comfortable quiet room and balcony. Street parking is possible.

The kitchen could be better equipped. In corona times this is an important fact to book an apartment instead of a hotel room. Toaster, paper towels, tables sets and little things like a juice squeezer would be a nice addition in the kitchen. TV screen is a bit small.
