Hotel-Pension Victoria

The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, a small fridge and a TV. It was silent as well. The bathroom was well-equiped. The hotel is also easily accessible by train.

The reception is closed during a significant part of the day, and it means that if you need help, it may be hard to find someone to easily assist you (like on the first day when the fire alarm went off). Also, I couldn't find an elevator, and I'm uncertain if the hotel has one. It was no problem for me, but could turn into an issue for people who need it.

I stayed here with my friends for couple of days. The room was really big and super clean. We had our own bathroom located outside of the room. Very close to the city train station and large supermarket, Kaufland, is nearby. The hotel has also a small patio with two tables where you can chill. + they exchange towels and change trash bins everyday

Nice hotelroom, we had no neighborrooms, so no noises at all! Bathroom was nice Location near train station, thats really nice

Saw no staff through our whole stay Cleaning staff did not make our bed in the morning

location, in a quiet area, the station was really close, nice little cafe nearby. cleanliness, the room was spotless. The room was good value, we had one with the bathroom attached. fairly basic but had everything we needed.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t great.

Great size rooms. Very fast and good host communication. Daily and good maid service. Big, clean and perfectly designed bathroom. Great location. Superb value for money

The room curtains need to be bigger and thicker to effectively block out day light. It's Berlin so most of us will sleep during the day🤣! Fix this and this hotel may be a 10/10

Location of the hotel is good, S-Bahn is few steps near and to center take 20 minutes. Comfort room which we had was sufficiently equipped. Around bistros a and restaurant. Also Kaufland for little shopping. Customer servis comunication is kind and good. When will be free next time no problem to try again.

Perfect for the price. Private bathroom is located opposite the room. There is a cafe opposite the building. About a 15 minute walk to Ostkreutz.

Beds weren't super comfortable but I slept fine. The floor was incredibly creaky in the bedroom. Woke me up when my partner went to the toilet in the night.

Large sized room with big windows so plenty of light, private separate bathroom. Well located in quiet suburb but only 45 mins walk to the nearest metro station and 15 mins to the nearest main area.

lovely basic hotel . fine for a nights sleep . lovely location . nice and quiet .3 minute walk to the train .. when we booked in the gentleman was very helpful .

would like to be able to make a cup of tea .. but that’s because I love my tea 😊-though there was a bakery 5 minutes away to get one

Big room and bathroom. Good location.

Neighbours were loud at night + the walls and floors were quite thin. + no 24/7 reception to deal with the noisy people. No luggage storage after checkout.
