Hotel Am Schloss Köpenick Berlin By Golden Tulip

The room was ok and the cleaners came every day to clean though a rushed job was done. The location was great for walks along the river and the hotel was nice and quiet for a good rest

On our first night, I had to go downstairs to ask for the electric kettle. It would be great to have some of these facilities already in the hotel rooms, whenever they are expecting a guest.

The hotel is pretty nice, room was well equipped.

Our room wasn’t cleaned while we stayed(5 nights). To be fair, cleaning tried come in once while we were still in the room and just woken up. The hotel is also a bit far from the city and all the attractions but there’s plenty of public transport close-by.

Lovely setting and good breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. good transport nearby. Close to the old city. Very good restaurant attached.

There were problems with internet availability. on the weekend the breakfast food thinned out early

Location: This was located super for us. It had a good view and almost silent from the traffic. Breakfast: This was super. It had all we needed as a base for long days on our walking tours. Our daughter already said we had to return again this year :) Room: Had the right size for our family.

From out point of view this was perfect :)

I enjoyed the location, the staff were very friendly and had a nice experience

It was very hot in the summer with no real ventilation and it is very loud street side. we had some issues with the water temperature and electricity was not working.

The old man at the reception was so kind and helpful. The 24hour open reception was great as i had many activities around town and needed to access the hotel at different hours round the clock.

Leaving the parking space behind the hotel is a tough excercise especially if you have a combi/hashback. This exit is very tight and would easily scratch cars like mine. Rather park in the underground next time.

Size of the room, location, breakfast

Booking com price was cheap at first, so that we chose this hotel instead, but some tax was added on top so that it was more expensive, didn't read about this on booking Mattress was strange, one person moved, the other one was flying

heating worked well, there was a table for work in the room, hotel was quiet (due to little occupancy?)

street was loud, window was modern and insulated but obviously not enough for the street noise

Bed was comfy. Room was clean Staff were fantastic and helpful

Price, would not have booked for the price except I was not required to be in close proximity to the area. Lack of a "main" light in room, only lamps. Windows did not dampen street noise enough. There was noise of construction in adjoining building. I would have liked some basic room service food options for late travellers, cold foods like a sandwich, or microwave burgers, low effort options.

Beautiful lake around but far from main city. Very clean and amazing staff

The wifi was very slow! And the bed was two singles attached together which was not comfortable. Otherwise everything was great
