Excellent location if you're coming in on the train; near tram stops and bus station as well, so you can get around town easily enough. Very comfortable room, overall. The desk staff were very nice and spoke excellent English.

The shower stall is VERY shallow and partially open, so of course water got out onto the floor. Strong sewer smell from the bathroom (though it was contained by closing the door). Some noise from the street, mostly the tram going by.

The bed is comfortable, the room is very nice, clean and warm. It's not very big, but enough for one person. There's a lift and a pincode to enter to the hotel at night, when the front door is closed, which contributes to the feeling of security. The personal is really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, specially if you're travelling by train. It's one minute away from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the city center.

The only thing that could be better is the door of the shower. It's not big enough and some water gets to the floor of the bathroom very easily.

Nice room, big shower, big room. Cute balcony, despite the cold. Very friendly staff,. Good breakfast, nice bar. Lot of restaurants nearby. Just next to the train station. Early check-in. The availability to have a taxi in a few minutes even on Sunday. Someone conducted me to the room when I arrived.

The room floor was really dusty and the double bed with two mattress put together is not really comfortable. As the room was at the end of the hallway, there was some noise coming from the building nextdoor

The location was basically across the street from the train & bus station, which was very convenient. I like the fact this place wasn't part of a chain. They straightened out the room every day & were good about changing out towels. You kind of got to know the people because you saw them every day, which made for a comfortable stay. The place also was quiet.

I can't say anything negative about this hotel. I used it more as a place to sleep than as a place to hang out at.

Comfortable bed

Web site said that "Parking Available". It was. On the street same as everyone else, and there was not much available. I was OK because I have a Disabled badge, so I parked in a Disabled Bay - but unaware as to whether the French accepted a UK Blue Badge - Spain does not - but definitely NOT HAPPY to have to park my Bentley on the main street all night.

The location of the hotel is good, 5 minutes walk from train station surrounded by restaurants and pubs. Was constantly cleaned, the receptionist was nice. Despite the noisy streets, the room was quiet. Breakfast was god too

Noisy street however it`s not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is at the station so it's accessible to the whole city and surrounding countryside. The room was compact but perfect for one person . It was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The best thing was value for money.

The basin was a bit small so it was hard to fill my water bottle. On the other hand it was new so that was nice.

Friendly staff, and good parking option nearby (underground public car park, fairly cheap). The room was a good size and comfortable but very hot as no aircon (although fan provided). Handy for station but fairly far from the town centre - around 15 -20 mins walk. Bathroom has sliding door that doesn't completely shut so using the toilet and shower is a bit intimate!

It was chic room and bed was double bed. Location is great to access train, tram and bus. I think the area 15mins away from city centre. I was able to leave the luggage without charge before check in and after check out.

I was not sure the body soap can be used for hair and shower door was half so I was careful to have shower. wifi was unsecured. No kettle was provided.

The hotel is so clean and cosy ,good location and especially staff ,Staff is welling to helping us deal with the car situation because we can't communicate in French so we are really feel great and thankful to the staff of this hotel so much . Next time if have plan to visit Le Havre we would stay here again for sure , Merci
