Odalys City Le Havre Centre Gare

I logged on to Netflix on the TV in my room and could not work out how to log out. The man from reception came to my room to show me how to do it. Great service!

I like the location. Train and tram station are at 2 minutes walk. The hotel is almost new and the spacious studios are modern and functional with a really comfortable king size bed The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was a minor problem in my room and they took care if it right away !! It's my second stay in this hotel and I'm looking forward to come back !!

My room was orientated to the back of the hotel facing a constraction site, which was at times a little noisy during the day.

The location turned out to be good due to mass transit available. Staff was very kind and professional. Location is across from Train station with a lot of mass transit around.

Spent quite a bit of money doing laundry as dryer was not working properly. Breakfast is pricey at $16 Euros. Added an additional night stay and the rate was extremely high. Way overpriced for location and what I paid for the prior seven days. Took some of the pleasentness out of my experience.

Convenience and design. Good Kitchen equipment from SMEG Milano. Hotel is new, only 1 year old. Good lighting. Not darkness like in another hotels. The closeness to the Central Station and public transport stops.

Conditions from the hotel: after payement for all staying days in advance you must pay extra deposit : 150 € and garbage collection after staying. Additional payment if you need a change of linen and towels, cleaning.

The Appartment was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The Hotel is located close to the shopping center "Les docks" with restaurants. It is also close to the beach (around 20min walk and less than 10min by tram). The tramway is opposite the hotel. There is a grocery shop "Carrefour" at about 5min walk. The parking is close to the hotel and at reasonable price for 1 week (21€).

Not much. But it would be great to have some cleaning accessories (soap, sponge, towel) in the kitchen.

Modern and comfortable studio with airco and separate toilet, delicious breakfast with fresh juice, possibility to park the car safely in a car park in front of the hotel (Parking Gares, easy to reserve before arrival via Effia).

Had to wait 30 minutes for the room with young children, checked-in at 18:00. They should change check-out to 10:00 instead of 12:00 so that all rooms are cleaned on time.

Clean room, comfortable beds, size of the room, proximity to train station and attractions. Staff is amazing, helpful, thanks for them to keeping my luggage after check out which allowed me to walk around city without carrying my stuff. WiFi is fast and stable.

The property is about a year old. It’s was clean and functional. We rented the 1 bedroom which had a good size bed. It also had a pullout couch that our adult daughter slept on which was pretty comfortable. It was tight for 3 pet but doable. Hopefully it can be maintained through the years. Very Ikea stylish.

Rooms are new, clean and air conditioning is good. Well equipped small appartment recommended for those who wanted to do a little bit cooking during stay.

1. Frequency of cleaning is few e.g. once in 15 days 2. In addition to advance payment of rent, you have to pay a Guarantee amount, which seems strange.

- location close to the train station - bed was comfortable and room was clean and warm - looks like the building was renovated or new. - full furnished kitchen that also has a dish washing machine (which is great)

- they advertise that there is free parking available, but there is no parking. There is a paid street parking or underground close enough, but not free.
