The welcome was very warm especially considering we arrived earlier than anticipated. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The shower was also great - large and plenty of hot water.

It was a very warm night and we had to have the fan heater on all night which was a bit noisy. Air con would have been nice. The location was a little further out of town than we had anticipated, which, if you don't want to take a car into Etretat for your evening meal (as it's so crowded there) meant a bit of a walk.

We loved the setting of the property and received a very warm welcome from the host. We were told about all the top things to do in the area and given recommendations for eating places. The breakfast area was cosy and the food was nicely presented.

The stairs leading up to our bedroom were a little tricky for our dog. If I stayed again I would request a downstairs room. There could have been a little more choice for breakfast but it was perfectly fine.

Personal greeting from Stephan who shared info about Etretat — greatly enhanced our visit. His wife hosted breakfast and she was a delight. Their personal touches made all the difference in staying at this lovely inn.

One common building was being renovated, so not in use. That didn’t matter much for our one night stay. It was hot — A/C would have helped but they did have a floor fan, which we used to cool down our second floor room.

The host welcomed us with Normandy’s most famous Rose Cidre and orange juice for the kids. He barely spoke English but tried his very best to explain about the spots to visit in Etretat. Spacious free parking. Location was awesome, only 2-3min drive to the cliffs. So we woke up early the next day and hiked the cliffs early and beat the crowd. Came back with an amazing French breakfast already waiting for us! The best croissant ever! :) Highly recommend! We’d go back here when we’re around this area.

Host is very nice person, very kind and welcome. He gave as a lot of advises about the city, restaurants and Etretat in general. There are certain problems with taxi in Etretat and host suggested us a transfer from the city to hotel and back for a little price, it was very kind of him.

I didn't really like the breakfast, it was frugal and 'French' - a lot of bread with two small pieces of sausage. I'd really like to try some boiled eggs, meat or oatmeal for example.

Very nice and smooth gate for the entrance. Beautiful garden surrounding the entire place - nicely mowed meadow with trees and flowers. Room is nice and clean. Free water is always a plus. Breakfast is delicious. Most importantly - Stephen the owner friendly waiting us with the greatest cider!! Also, it is located in 10 mins driving to the white cliffs and beach.

Very nice building and private parking area, fresh rooms. I was staying with my colleague, just for one night, to have a rest and see cliffs the next day. The owner, Stephan, was so friendly, fulfilled our stay with lovely conversations, served our breakfast table with rose petals. It was nice, I felt like not able to respond him on the same level of kindness. :) I would love to come again with my family. I really want to.

Wa had a great experience with the property and the hosts. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond helping us with any request we made. We enjoyed very much discussing and interacting with them. They also offered us great recommendations for landmark sights and restaurants. The property is very stylish with beautiful and well decorated gardens and outside spaces. Rooms are spacious, confortable, and extremely clean, even if we booked our room in the last minute. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with local and  homemade products. There are also 24 hours open hot beverage machines of good quality. A perfect address in Etretat !

Nothing, everything was beyond expectations.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner when we arrived and he was extremely helpful and informative. The room was very large and spacious and simply decorated in a beautiful old building, surrounded by gardens. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast with lots of freshly made coffee and delicious croissants.

Our room was in a superb old stable block conversion on the ground floor. However, we were next door to the welcome area and so all guests walked past and could look into our room, if the windows were open. With the windows shut, the room became too hot. The fan provided was noisy! Also, during the night, the people staying above us seemed to be pacing about in their room and it was impossible to sleep until they stopped doing this (about 11.15pm!)

Very good breakfast, typical French one which we loved! Bonus, we had it outside as the weather allowed it. The place is absolutely lovely and owners are going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home. Welcoming drink scored extra points! You can buy some bottles there to take away. Very close to Etretat cliff. Free parking, lovely garden.

Nothing really. If I need to mention something, it would be the entrance of the property. It's a sharp turn when you're on the way heading to Etretat. Slow down once you're a few meters away not to miss the entrance.
