Zleep Hotel Ishøj

Very comfortable, clean room. There were lots of other people staying and they seemed loud in the public areas, but we didn't hear a thing inside our room, so the insulation must be very good. Plenty of parking space right by the hotel. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity, but it's a convenient location halfway between Copenhagen and Koge.

No staff, only a self-check-in machine, which was OK except that instead of having a credit card reader, the machine made me type my card details into a very small space on a very large screen. That part was frustrating, but it's only a minor detail.

Very pleasant place to stay in Ishøj. Lovely room at an affordable price. The hotel entrance is in a shopping centre and it’s quite confusing working out how to get in, especially at night when you can only access it from certain entrances.

There were no reception staff present on the weekend. You ring a buzzer and the person on the phone gives you a code to get through the door. Then you check in on a self-service machine. it’s efficient, but a bit soleless.

The accessibility to the trains was super simple and easy.

I would have liked to choose a room on the same floor as the elevator as we were unware that some portion (9th floor) was not disabled friendly. getting up there was a bit difficult for the older people we travelled with.

I spoke to friendly and helpful English speaking staff over the phone, no staff on site. More than enough space for 1 person, will be a little cramped for 3. I was driving through Copenhagen so the location was no problem. Good for the money.

Problems with paying at check in was an unwanted headache at 1 in the morning.

Completely contactless - not especially my preference, but here it was very well performed! The entrance instructions were crystal clear, the access card machine worked as advertised and the room was clean and also as advertised.

Nothing I would let stand out.

Situated above a big shopping centre and right next to a train station which goes directly to Copenhagen.

Difficult to get into hotel ( no staff present because of Corona) despite having a PIN number they gave me. Had to phone up to get into the hotel!

All was new, clean, with a lot of facilities (into a big mall), one of the best price in Copenhagen and the automatic check in is very fast and easy. Bike friendly
