Coco Hotel

Lovely little hotel in Vesterbro. Very close to the central station, cosy and comfortable rooms and the breakfast and Delphine was delicious. It also has the most beautiful courtyard, would love to come back during warmer days to enjoy that as well. Also the cafe downstairs is so comfortable and intimate

We had an issue with one of our luggage, but the staff were extremely helpful and ready to help with anything and took immediate action to make changes in the luggage storage policy to remedy the issue. Really amazing support from them. The one other small thing - if you are not used to a very soft mattress it may be a bit strange. But overall the room has everything you could need

I stayed at Coco for 2 nights and the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area in the city centre, close to nice restaurants and bars. The atmosphere was lovely, I really liked the lounge bar at the ground floor, with the delightful garden, I appreciated the agreement with the restaurant in front of the hotel, and the very nice staff

The only comment is related to the room, which compared to the rest of the style and quality of the hotel, was very simple and a little below my expectations for a 4 star hotel but no complains and overall I had a pleasant stay and I had all the services I needed.

fantastic staff !! the lovely receptionist - especially Unella ( sorry if I spelt your name wrong ) and all the cafe staff were so friendly and helpful . when I explained I hD left my Iphone charger at home and needed to charge it for work they couldnt do enough to help me . I travel a lot and I have rarely met such wonderful kind staff !! really really good 😊

Although the style of the hotel is boutique and quirky - it looks a little run down - rugs threadbare and paintwork a bit in need of a touch up. the courtyard looked super cute but again in need of a facelift as the umbrellas were dirty and in need of cleaning or replacement. Rooms very clean and beds comfy. Nice bathroom and shower but should offer conditioner .

Breakfast was great just across the street from the hotel. Rooms were cozy, not that big. We were on the 1st floor, switched from the 3rd floor We had a room close to the elevator and being an old building sounds travels and it was a bit too much in our room. But staff was great no complaints hooked us up with a new room immediately. Great lobby area and parking not too far away, its Cph so parking is pricey but worth it. The neighborhood is Vesterbro head further up or out on Vesterbrogade and explore, it much more fun than heading towards the city, lots of bars, restaurants, cafe's, shops, parks, squares, playgrounds, the lakes etc

The lift can be disturbing

The staff was very warm and lovely, and the room had a cozy atmosphere and was clean and comfortable. We were in a superior double room on the 4th floor with a street view, and it was completely calm. The eco claim is consistent which we appreciated which means also no fridge in the room. The location is fantastic and charming.

The room was on the smaller side, and so was the only shower bathroom. A double duvet instead of 2 single ones would have been nice especially as the room was a bit cold, the rooms vary quite a lot from what is pictured on the website so it is not at all clear what room you are booking unless it is the junior suite (which was sold out) or family rooms more accurate room guidance when booking would be great.

Overall, the front desk staff was good. However, the young lady that checked us in and a couple of others were exceptional. They gave us good dinner recommendations, and directions. The rooms were nice and quaint with comfy beds. Hotel felt more like a bed and breakfast.

Service in the sitting area was a little spotty. Not enough staff for the volume of customers. Wasn’t sure of the protocol for ordering, do you flag them down or wait for them to come over? They avoid eye contact so that wouldn’t work. Hotel could do a better job with breakfast. Maybe add some breakfast sandwiches. The real breakfast and restaurant is across the street at Delphine. The buffet breakfast over there wasn’t anything special.

Everything was absolutely perfect - staff are nice, attentive and very proactive to solve any issue that might arise. I valued especially the high professionality of the manager, who carefully listened to my needs and solved the issue personally in no time. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the bar welcoming and cozy. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfy. I loved the style and the concept! To top a perfect stay, the absolutely delicious, generous breakfast at the brother restaurant Delphine, just in front of the hotel. A beautiful airy restaurant with the most delicious breakfast buffet I have ever had.. even grilled grapefruit... I would have spent the whole morning there just reading and eating. Coco hotel is part of the genial initiative Copenhagen Food Collective, that brings together a series of restaurants and cafes in the city offering high quality food and great concepts. I am definitely coming back, be it on business trip or privately!

The staff were lovely and couldn't help enough even with adapters as we left ours at home. There was a complimentary wine (juice) hour, yet we were never in to taste. The room was light & spacious for 2 teenagers & parent. Even though it was at the front of the building, it was quiet (we stayed during the Christmas break when the majority of Copenhagen is closed), even when the city was reopening we didn't notice much noise. The location was perfect for us; it's about a 10 minute walk to the Central Station passing numerous cafes & supermarkets.

It's a hotel I've always wanted to stay at, so I'm very happy that I was finally able to stay there. The room was simple, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We had planned to have breakfast at Delfin, but it was closed due to the fire, so we ate it inside the hotel, and I thought everything was delicious and healthy. The location is convenient and close to the city. It was very helpful to be able to leave my luggage with me both before and after check-in. All of the staff had wonderful smiles, were cheerful, and responded quickly to any problems I had, which was great!

I just thought little bit cold in the room.

Coco Hotel was all that we had hoped for. Travelling with 5 family members we had plenty of options for rooms when booking. The hotel was located a short walk from the train station - so we trained back to the airport at the end of our stay - and had a 7 eleven for snacks or any other needs close by. We loved the breakfast across the road at Delphines and the coffee and small snacks (plus wine, and courtyard) available at Coco were a lovely touch too. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and made the stay very welcoming.
