Breakfast was very enjoyable. Room was nice, though in the night it was too hot and we couldn't do much about it. Pool and spa was high quality.

Do not book a room here if you are taking a car with you! You do not have free access to the parking lot and need to have one of the staff guide you from the lobby to the parking garage and also from the parking garage to the lobby and to even open yhe garage door from the outside. The hotel staff were very kind but it's still very inconvenient. Especially if you just forgot something in the car and want to retrieve it to your room. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT the parking space is very tight and there is a high chance your car will get scratched. Just don't use the parking service. It's very expressive as well. Everything else about our stay was great.

The room was clean, and mainly quiet. The spa was very nice however there were small children allowed. Breakfast was very good, but pricey, and on the weekend there was a live harpist who very very loud.. not sure if it was necessary, but amplified the experience.

For the price, the room was very small. In the spa/pool the children were frequently screaming and laughing (this would not bother me normally but takes away from the relaxing spa vibe) It might be a good idea to have certain times available for children and other times adult-only.

It is a beautiful building. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. And all of them. The rooms are all what would be called a junior suite in lesser hotels. Breakfast is yes, also exceptional. Room service is quick. Free water bottles in the room. They park your car and it is not even expensive. It is centrally located. It is really one of the better hotels I know and my prime choice for Prague. (It is also easy to reach by car).

The bathrooms have showers in a bathtub. It is anti slippery fitted but I still do not like it.

Good hotel to stay. Friendly staff, specially Leyre. Her service was great, she is one of the best I have ever come across in the Hospitality industry. Good breakfast and a nice pool area. Safe Parking for the car and a nice building to stay at.

The guy at the entrance needs to act on the same level as his other colleagues. He’s the first one who is welcoming the guests.

This was my second time and I stayed for 5 days. This time I did not have the breakfast. The spa remains one of the best and I used it each day. The room this time was much better and I had the pleasure of fresh air.

During winter it must be perfectly warm but summer I found the room a bit stuffy so this time I requested an open window. The swimming pool tiles could be better taken care of especially when its that dark and I had scraped myself a few times.

the staff was all very kind, the room was beautiful, we had an amazing and romantic surprise in our room and the spa was very relaxing after one long day in the cold. I strongly recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, very centrally located to train station and major attractions in Prague. Delicious breakfast and relaxing spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Unfortunately, my fiancee received a serious knee injury on the first day of our stay, in the spa of the hotel (nothing to do with the spa, via swimming). However I just have to say that the staff were all absolutely incredible. Rushing to our aid with a wheelchair, calling an ambulance, assisting us in any way possible, and the next morning (after the hospital trip) showing real concern for her wellbeing. The hotel itself is incredible (with superbly comfy beds and a lovely spa) but you can see this from the other reviews - I wanted to take the time to praise the lovely, helpful staff who made a traumatic experience so much better than it could have been.

Nothing - the hotel is wonderful. But be warned there are a lot of steps to get to reception!
