Luxury Family Hotel Bílá Labuť

Had to wait until 2PM to check in but they did offer us to store our luggage and baggs until check-in time which came in handy. Awesome location (close to metro and in a walk distance from main tourist attractions). Friendly staff especially the two younger ladies. Comfortable bed. Overall nothing too fancy but good value for the price I'd say.

-Cleaning lady left our room open after cleaning on day 4. She did not close the door properly and it stayed open. Luckily we were waiting for her to finish downstairs at the reception so they weren't open for too long and none of our stuff went missing. (Still a huge miss). -Shower flaucet could be a bit stronger.

The location is superb - staff are great - rooms very clean and comfy

At t ime of booking there was an option for breakfast, access to a fitness club, deidcated smoking area and a bar. On arrival there is no restaurant - closed, there is no fitness spa - closed - the bar is a coffee and soft drink vending machine - ice machine not working - rooms are a lot smaller than the cleverly taken photos show.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was amazing too. There is a tram stop just down the road which gives you quick access to anywhere in Old Town. Overall, I was very happy with the stay.

The shower pressure and lack of AC were the only downsides, but manageable for the price of the room. We were supplied with a fan when we asked reception too which was perfect.

We did not spend much time in the hotel besides sleeping and the rooms had everything you need for a nice stay. Women on the reception were very helpful and nice and the cleaning lady brought new towels every morning. The hotel is not very luxurious, but has everything you need, it is on a great location, walking length to the city center and has a great value for money.

There was no breakfast, lunch or dinner option and some sockets in the room didn’t work or worked poorly.

The hotel was really almost in the centre of the city and everything was a walking destination. The personnel are kind, friendly and really pleasant. The room is big and fine for the price we paid.

1. Strange smell of the water 2. No electric kettle to make a tea 3. The bell of the church near the hotel was ringing every 15 minutes and it was insane to try to rest. (That is not a hotel problem, but I was not ready for such noise). 4. Bad lightning in the room. More than just bad, but terrible light.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very clean rooms. A comfortable bed. Decent bath shower with a soap dispenser and towel rack inside. Great location for us.

The internet speed and housecleaning not knocking before unlocking the door are my only complaints. Maybe an extra power outlet on the opposite side of the bed would be good, as well as a fridge with more space.

Location: it's the centrally located and just few minutes walk to every single attraction. The staff, specially the Indian girl Milli is beyond sweet and kind. She went out of her ways to provide us facilities. The fridge was not working fine, I asked her to get it checked. She got us brand new fridge even at late hours. Our stay was fantastic. I recommend the room 10/10 to everyone.

Good experience, fairly easy to deal with the personnel, the room was cozy thanks to the lighting and the hotel is at a great location.

The bathroom was not clean and didn’t meet our standards for a hotel room. the bathtub had rust stains and some filth. The table lamp and the floor lamp didn’t work. The carpeting had yellow stains at the entrance (close to the door). The radiators were way too hot so we had to turn them off.

The location is great. It is situated not far from bus-station "Florence". And the price for this location is good. The staff is polite and high-qualified. The room is very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and TV are also good.

For sure to have breakfast in the hotel can be a big advantage for presence in the hotel. But location provide a big veriaty of other options for food.

The location is perfect, is walkable distance from all the interesting places. Everything was really clean, the bed is super comfortable, the room is very spacious.

The service is not the best one, people don’t speak English very fluently so can be a bit difficult to communicate but is a minor thing, for us the stayed was really good. If you are looking for a place with Gym, they don’t actually have it. There is one in the mall next to the hotel, but is not part of the service.
