It's the closest you can get to the Charles Bridge. The hotel itself has a lot of history and charm. In fact, the famous astronomer Johannes Keppler (the astronomer who discovered that the Earth and planets travel about the sun in elliptical orbits) even once lived there. How cool is that! Make sure to stay in the room with view of the Charles Bridge on the upper floor, very cool at sunset! Lastly, fantastic breakfast!

A stone's throw (literally) from the famed Charles Bridge, this comfy high-class hotel boasts its own restaurant, bar, and a night club to boot! Creaky, narrow, uneven stairs, painted wooden ceilings, thick walls, antique-looking chandeliers, curtains, and carpets… I loved it! And all of the interior was decorated with intricate and colourful designs. Bountiful breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, clean and cosy room and bathroom, soft bed, super helpful staff. 10 stars, as clear as day.

The hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I will suggest is to serve more types of cheese and at least some vegetables, while right now the breakfast doesn't include any vegetables (not counting mozarella+tomato), which is painful for vegetarians.

The only bad thing that happened was misunderstanding with reception, while before my appointment I was written that I will get the Junior Suite, but at place I got the Superior Room. Afterwards I got the Junior one, so the problem was solved, but I didn't feel my case was well handled by the reception, while we had an argument about it in the lobby and it caused me a little bit of mental inconvenience.

It is not the first time I visit this hotel and the reason is because during the past visits I was much satisfied: position is great and located by the Charles Bridge. Breakfast was not included in the package but available in the hotel which includes a bar, restaurant and disco. The room looks just great and is equipped of everything a guest might wish ( I would have liked the hair conditioner). TV is new and large and there are channels for almost all languages. Personnel is very professional, courteous and helpful.

NO AC system. The hotel's building is historical and I see the difficulty of installing an air conditioning system which was not in my room so the room was pretty warm. Due to the outside cool temperatures it was enough opening the window's doors and turning on the provided fan to cool down the temperature inside. On the other side the outside noise, also until late night hours, have come through disturbing the night sleep.

Location was great,walking distance to major points of interests and tourist attractions. I was able to check in 2 hours earlier because my early flight,which was great. Room beautifuly decorated. Big size double room as well as bathroom. Very clean. Liked that you could find bathrobe, slippers and hairdryer in the room. Also ear plugs are provided as its a noisy location. Basic toiletries also provided. Good water presure in the shower. Nice and friendly staff.Good breakfast. I will recommend to stay there if you dont mind busy street. Overall very good stay.

Reception working hours are 7am to 7pm( not 24 h like stated in the description).Maybe it needs to be updated. Water provided in the room should be free of charge. If you a light sleeper you wont like the noise until 2 or 3am in the morning.You must realise the location( busy street and by Charles Bridge) that is major tourist spot so you cant have both. When checking out i was not asked about my stay or thanked for choosing the hotel which would be pleasant thing to do.

The location the best, is in the center! Close by walk to all major sightseeings,bars,restaurants! Also the hotel have its own bar in the basement!!!!

The floor in the room and in the bathroom was not so clean. The welcome water bottle was with charge. No elevator and no help from the hotel staff to carry on our luggages from the stairs and I had problem with my arm!! The breakfast was poor. On the first day that we had breakfast I notice passing fast a small " friend " in the floor. I didn't tell anything to anyone that time..but they need to look for it..maybe cause future problems.. The reception guy and the girl at breakfast need to smile and be more friendly with the guests.

The hotel is wonderful, comfortable, magical. Meters from the clock tower.

but with one exception - Milan at the reception. Such an unpleasant and arrogant attitude has never happened to me anywhere. Our stay began and ended with this unpleasant man. Everyone else tries to give us information and make us feel comfortable. I would go back to this hotel, but not with this receptionist!

I would absolutely stay in this cute hotel again. The staff were very accommodating non the less the little room\apartment was so quaint and adorable. It seems to be old fashioned which tells a cute story. The breakfast included was absolutely perfect and the lady working there was very helpful.

I only had a little issue that there was no lift but luckily they but me on the 1st floor soo i did not need to carry my 35kg suitcase up many stairs.

Transportation, location and architecture were very nice. Walking distance to touristic spots. There were shampoo, shower gel and similar needs. (there was no toothbrush)

The plumbing was old and there was a smell in the toilet. Although breakfast is included in the reservation on Booking.com, upon check-in, the staff said that breakfast is not included. Strange((( There is no elevator because the building is old. If your suitcase is heavy, you may find it difficult.

Location is perfect. Everything is near, I mean everything. The bed comfortable and the room had a cool barocco design

During the check in, bell boy stated that water is free of charge, while during the check out the receptionist woman claimed there was a misunderstanding and I had to pay 77 kr. Walls are paper thin in the room and the ceil also had sounds while someone was walking.
