The location was awesome when trying to explore Old Town or other areas centrally located. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very professional. Even taught me a few phases in Czech. Very well organized

Not a big concern but some nationalities use different Bath techniques from others. Again not a issue, just something to consider.

Everything excellent, from staff, through accommodation to breakfast. The only thing I have to point out is that the hotel follows illegal practices that violate the laws of the Czech Republic. It's sad, but it's true. I was wondering if to give the rating worse, but I'll give them time to fix it before I come next;)

Our 4 day stay at Aurea Legends in Prague was perfect from start to finish. The room was absolutely stunning and we had everything we could ask for. The TV had disney plus and prime, which was perfect on days when it was raining as we could chill in the room and watch TV. The amenities in the bathroom were of excellent quality and our room was cleaned to perfection everyday. The cleaners were so lovely and left little chocolates and sweets on our bed, which we really appreciated. The hotel was very close to all attractions that we wanted to see and even had the turning head statue right outside the hotel. The lobby was an amazing place to relax, with ambient cafe music playing in the background on the TV. This is most definitely the best hotel I have EVER stayed at and would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Prague, to stay in this hotel. Would definitely return just for the hotel alone.

I tend to prefer this hotel over others, the people at the reception are some of the nicest I have ever met while spending nights at hotels and they really deserve the world. The hotel is in a great location mostly with reasonable prices. Really modern and always clean.

The breakfast is rich but in as soon as the last hour starts it starts to become a bit meh. On one hand it is fully understandable due to sustainability, on the other hand it could be at least replenished by food that does not need to be consumed that day so it is okay if its left at the end.

I like everything at the hotel, it was the perfect hotel and the staff was amazing, they took care of every need we had. One day we asked them to order us a taxi, and the taxi company said it will cost 170czk, at the end of the drive the driver asked for 350czk, we payed and forgot about it. When we came back to the hotel the staff asked us how was the drive and we said that they charged us 350czk. The staff told us it was not ok, and called the taxi company and demanded that they come to the hotel and pay us the extra money we paid, which was 180czk. We were amazed by the kindness and caring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Prague !

We were very fortunate to be upgraded when we arrived. We had a lovely downstairs seating area with bathroom, with our bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We loved everything about this hotel, from the staff, facilities, cleanliness… the bed was exceptionally comfortable and loved the amenities. There was a great buffet selection for breakfast. We slept well at night and had the option of air conditioning if we felt too hot. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town which is perfect. There is a grocery/small supermarket right next door to the hotel which was very handy. We would 100% stay here again.

We struggled to get our kettle to boil in our room. The coffee served at breakfast was not amazing, but still lovely.

Almost everything was positive - it’s not so easy to find a quiet hotel room in Prague centre, while here sound isolation was top. We didn’t miss anything related to our comfort, there was plenty of space/light in the room, lots of mirrors, lighting options, wifi was speedy and steady, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed our sleep a lot too. Funny idea with a book of stories “not to sleep”, and an informative book with the history of the hotel group and its locations.

One thing left me questioning the hotel staff internal policy and overall approach. At the reception, where we were positively surprised with a possibility of an early check-in, I received a suggestion to provide my ID that is rather not my Russian passport, with a comment “It is just going to be easier that way”. Was it what they call nationalism or racism, or could it be my own sensitivity related to me being 6 months pregnant? I lived in Czechia for over 7 years, in Barcelona for few years where, as I understand, HQ of the hotel company is located, and neither in CZ nor in ES I have never experienced such subjective approach from the hotel staff. Apart from that episode, the hotel itself was a great choice to stay in Prague.

Absolutely loved the size of the room in this property. The room was identical and accurate to the photos, if not even better! The room had high ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floors and lots of space with lovely views of the city. The bathroom was super modern and clean and double bed was extremely comfortable. Location of this property was excellent, within 10 minute walking distance of the old town and everything else in the beautiful city of Prague! We saved so much money on taxis and transport because of the excellent location! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Prague, great value for money for a fabulous property!
