Hotel Suerre

The whole complex is very big and well thought in the way that was build.the room was very big, clean and comfortable. It is very nice to be able to park the car right in front of the room. The breakfast was good but with little diversity.

The refrigerator was noisy and rusted. One 'bad thing' (although the hotel has no blame for this) is that the area/city is not turist friendly (besides the hotel staff very few people speak English and there not many things to do around in the area).

The hotel was spacious, clean and had good facilities for us and our kids, we were very happy with this. The people who work there were very helpful.

Unfortunately the breakfast was of a very poor quality for a hotel of this standard. There was plenty of food but there was a distinct lack of variety, most of the food on offer was over-cooked probably because it was being cooked in large volumes and then being kept warm. Most importantly it lacked flavour. Even the fresh fruit was very limited. We were extremely disappointed by the poor standards in the kitchen.

Awesome pool, bar and pool tables. Room was clean and air conditioning was good.

Neighborhood was nothing special. It was only a stopover on our travels, so that was ok. Room was on second floor with no elevator.

Awesome olympic sized swimming pool with water slides, playground, outdoor pool table area and fantastic poolside bar. A great stop off for our family on our way to Tortuguero NP from Manuel Antonio. Great restaurant onsite for dinner and very good buffet breakfast included. Great value for money!

Breakfast is very plentiful and has numerous options. It is served buffet style and all Covid-19 protocols are followed. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served from 6:30 am until 9:30 am.

Check-in and check-out is very expedient. The staff is cordial and helpful. Dona Kathy has always made us feel very welcome to Hotel Suerre. The gardens surrounding the hotel are always well manicured. Their olympic sized pool is well maintained and so clean. They also have a very nice gym!

This is a gem - we booked it as a stopover enroute to Tortuguera and it offered so much more. Fab breakfast, incredible massive swimming pool (Olympic size, slide, jacuzzi and children’s pool), massive children’s play park area. comfy room with air con and a bath. staff were lovely.

The garden was beautiful. Facilities as well. Good breakfast and dinner. Good for overnight stay when route 32 is completely Blocked for some unknown reason.

The room itself was basic. No view of the garden as promised but view of the parking lot.

A very nice hotel, the superior or deluxe room was really good. Restaurant very good Parking in front of the room. All amenities your expect of a 4 star hotel. Only the hair dryer didn't work

Everything you need or didn't think you could use was available. Clean and beautiful. Great staff. Breakfast was great. Bedrooms are perfect.

Rooms were good but not renovated in the last 20 years, I think.
