Hotel La Cascada0

The location is perfect, right in the La Fortuna Center. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the whole hotel. Above all, the staff was great. My friend and I received the same room though we asked for it last minute. They also gave us many usefull tips, so we could enjoy two days in La Fortuna to its fullest.

In generall, everything was great. Maybe just, it would be good to put a night table and a shelf into the room, i.e. some space where you could put out your stuff.

the staff was super friendly and helpful and the location was ideal. Most of the rooms only have 3 beds and all single beds, very comfortable :) Lots of space, hooks in the wall and lockers for your stuff. If I come to la Fortuna again I’m definitely staying here.

only thing is the windows are small so the air gets a little stuffy but if you’re in la Fortuna you shouldn’t spend much time in your room anyways!

Excellent location the price was right. Very large extremely clean room. Very friendly family run hotel. Marvin the owner had no problem going out of his way to make phone calls and look things up in order to help us out with all of our needs. Don't miss his brother Miner's restaurant downstairs for Good food at the right price and one of the best ceviches in Costa Rica

Very well located near the central park. Everywhere is super clean. A very warm welcome from the owner. I stayed in a dorm room, although I was the only one there. It was spacious and I love that the room had a table and chairs, and hooks and clothes hangers, and fans - and no bunks! Good value.

Great room at a decent price close to the city center. The aircon was definitely a plus. The staff were also very nice and helpful in booking my hotel transfer.

There was no hot water whenever I tried to take a shower, so had to take all my showers with cold water.

I had a very nice time in Hotel La Cascada, it's located right next to the parque central and a big fruit and veggie store. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen has everything you need and even more (I didn't have a smoothie mixer in a very long timexD). all in all I would definitely recommend you staying here!

Great location and friendly staff.

It was pretty noisy. Even with ear plugs, I struggled to get to sleep. People were talking loudly in the hallway and doors seemed to be constantly slamming. It would be nice if the staff imposed some time of noise curfew.

perfect central location, kitchen so you can cook your own food, very safe with a guard at night to let you in, very clean, hot and cold showers, VERY good value for money, beds are also very comfortable. would highly recommend especially given how crazy expensive hostels are in la fortuna.

more kitchen utensils needed but can make do!

There are no such moments, except that I didn't have much time, to live in this good place.

A mixed dorm but only 3 beds, single beds which felt more private ! Nice balcony’s.

No common area to meet other travellers.
