Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the breakfast but got a bit bored of the choices after 5 days. Overall we did like though. Staff was very pleasant. Room felt secure. air conditioning worked well.
There's a bar right in front of the hotel that starts playing loud music outside in the evening and doesn't stop until about 2 or 3 in the morning. Hotel is on a very bust street with a lot of traffic. Didn't feel safe crossing the street.

staff were amazing, particularly our waiter Carlos. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and welcoming. Large, clean room and in a good location.
Bed was quite hard. We’d paid for the first night but didn’t arrive until 4am due to an overnight bus and when we went for breakfast they didn’t want to give it to us (it was sorted in the end, but better organisation in that respect would have been helpful as we were super tired) other than that one member the staff were amazing.

The hotel is located in a nice part of Bucaramanga. The breakfast was buffet style and excellent. Very attentive staff and a pool on the 2nd floor.
On Friday and Saturday nights nearby bars get loud . The rooms in the back are quieter.

Make sure you get the code for the Wi-Fi best on your floor. My one complaint that 5th floor Wi-Fi was weak. There was another Wi-Fi line, but they didn’t have passcode.

We booked a city tour from the Hotel to El Sanctissimo. It was a 10 passenger van. We had to sit in the back row which was much higher than the windows. It was impossible to see out the windows.

Hotel rooms were just OK. Place for events beside the pool was spacey and perfect for an event in view of COVID situation. Event organization department and personnel were great: they helped us organize a complete celebration 2 days before the event.
We were expecting a bit better quality of premises for the price we paid.

It was beautiful, I though I was going to have noises problems because the zone of the hotel, but none, all prefect!!
The pool was closed our last day so my nephew was not able to enjoy it.
