The Breakfast was amazing, full of different kinds of Colombian dishes! Would go there any time. The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were good. The location is great, situated in the best part of the city with very good restaurants and malls very close by.

The minibar things are way too expensive, it definitely out or proportion. I understand that the minibar and amenities cost more than normal but here they are just way too overpriced.

The people is working for the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Always ready to serve you. Lots of choices to eat for breakfast.

Coming from Canada I was disappointed the bathrooms don't have baths, but I can see that way is more cleaner. The floor inside of the showers is very slippery requires a lot of attention to not fell. Should if be added some anti slip pads.

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of Colombian foods. The location was excellent close to 2 beautiful malls.

The room was large but was a bit dated. The furniture was tired and the TV was very small with limited selection of US news stations. The bathroom was very large and nice. The rooms were kept very clean.

The hotel improved since a few years ago. It was clean. Housekeeping staff was efficient to keep me with clean towels. Towels were nice. They were extra large and were able to dry well. Beds were made on time. Breakfast was good. It could taste better. In general it is good. Excellent location. Staff was nice and respectful. I did not like the coffee in the room. It is a Pod coffee that give you a very lite coffee. They really should change it to another coffee. The room was extremely cold I was not able to regulate the temperature so I had to turn the air on and off, but it was not very uncomfortable. One thing that has not changed from years ago is the noise. I was able to hear my neighbors and they woke me up many nights. I am not sure if this will have a solution but I am a lite sleeper and the noice travel. Years ago I even heard some honeymooners. I specifically asked for a low level noise room. My room was almost at the end of the hallway but I still could hear the kids crying or people talking etc.

breakfast is very limited. breads are not good at all, like really cheap bread. arepas were cold. service was nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. bedroom was comfortable but didn’t have black out curtains, the 6:30 am sun right on my face 😩 the room coffee offer, wasn’t good at all, coffee machine was full of dust. beds were comfortable though. towels are very old but they were clean.

The hotel in general needs and upgrade. Closet doors were hard to open. Mold on bathroom shower rug. I do not take elevator, the only staircase available to me was very moldy.

Great location in the north. You walk outside the hotel, and you’re right in front of the Buena Vista Centro Commercial. Rooms clean, modern hotel.

Nothing really. It can get expensive, but just wait until they drop the prices to find a better deal.

I booked this hotel for my mother who is over 75 years old, the staff helped her a lot, even gave a her a wheelchair when she needed. So the service from the staff was excellent with the elderly. My mom said the Breakfast was pretty good. And she felt they were very helpfull to her.

staff was very attentive. food and service excellent. Huge variety of foods and beverages. Hotel was very secure, one night was out late and doors were locked, as I pulled up front desk and an officer met me at the door.

the size of the room, the bed was big and confortable everything you need yo cover your basics were available in the room lot space and leisure options in the property

staff was doing just the basics, wasn’t friendly at all the service at the restaurant was horrible during breakfast and dinner a very small and limited co-working space was in the hotel internet in the room was slow and I have a hard time connecting, I had to use my phone
