Four Points by Sheraton Barranquilla

Our stay was from August 5 to August 7, 2023. Very good neighborhood. Good installations, small pool and gym, very good Turkish bath. Excellent staff, all of them, especially Rafael at the front desk and Freddy at the restaurant. The only complaint is that the double bed is really a full bed that is a little bit small for a married couple. The beds are too soft. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely, I will recommend this hotel.

I always vacation with my wife and my now 16 years old daughter, and we always share the same room. However, when we booked the room with Booking.com, it did not give us the option to put our daughter in the same room, and the hotel wanted to give us another room, I do not know why because the room has two double (full) beds. But anyway, we slept with our daughter in the same room, and we did not have to pay for another room, I hope we did not cheat. That was our main concern.

Overall the experience was awesome. Hight quality standards for the room and staff. My bed was comfortable and I liked the tv selection provided, it makes me proud to have such a great hotel in my home city.

There's always a bad side and for me it was the first room that was given. For starters I got placed next to the room that is just next to the streets and bars. Even though the windows are isolated I suffer from really sensitive hearing, this was just a mess, fortunately the staff did change my room. Next time in my stay I will for sure ask them to give me a room far away from the street and the bars.

This is our second stay at four points Barranquilla and we can truly say we will not visit another hotel there. These place is great. This trip we visited now as parents with a 16 month old and had a blast. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The food at the breakfast buffet was varied and changed everyday letting you sample different foods from the Caribbean region.

That we had to leave

We enjoyed the size of the room and the bed. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. The room was always cleaned very well and we always had fresh towels. We liked the tile floor. The staff was very nice.

The view from the room wasn't that great. The breakfast area was very loud and there were no windows. We ended up eating in a more private area that was quiet, which was a nice option.

The guy at the front desk was helpful with the room's issue... Good location, shower, AC and mattress. The food was delicious.

The guy at the buffet didn't speak English, neither offered a plate for my partner until the last day when another person stepped in. We were pretty much served in one plate to share during our stay, even though I kept telling appart what my partner and I wanted to eat smh. Also, after we updated our stay from 3 to 5 nights, we got assigned a two beds bedroom and they tried to up-sell the previous room (4th floor) for an extra fee. When I showed discomfort they gave us a couples room but on the second floor with the view of the cables of the next building roof. The swimming pool is 1m deep.

Great safe location! Close to everything, The rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds are comfy, good AC and the water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Walking distance to all the best restaurants in Barranquilla. I will definitely stay here again! The staff is wonderful and the breakfast Buffet was delicious.

Rooftop pool is small with no vibe.

Great room with high quality mattress, huge bed and fantastic shower. Nice rooftop with swimming pool. Breakfast had a lot of variety and staff was professional at all times.

Even though breakfast had many options to choose from, overall quality of the food was average. Coffee was disapointing.

There is nothing to "not like". The place is located centrally and you have access to many restaurants in the area. Taxi service is right at the door. Staff very attentive. One is able to say it is the best location-based for medical as it is around the corner from many clinics and pharmaceutical.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff attentive and service is great.

I loved the hotel. The staff was excellent, breakfast was good and the hotel was well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend.

The WiFi was a little spotty but that could of also been because of the location of my room but other than that everything was great.
