JW Marriott Shanghai at Tomorrow Square

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its beauty. The elegant decor and sophisticated ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Whether it was the city skyline or the iconic Tomorrow Square, every glance from my room was a feast for the eyes. With key attractions and transportation hubs nearby, I found it to be an ideal base for my adventures. The hotel staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. Throughout my stay, they were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. As for the accommodations, the room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed. they could have provided the amenities like toothbrush and cotton buds instead of guest asking for it daily

Convenient location with walking distance to nanjing shopping street , 25 mins walk to the Bund Nice staff and they are very helpful.

The hotel had a long history and furniture is a bit old. I lived here for 3 nights at 58/F and the last night I could heard of some dragging sound of furniture at 1:45 am and it 's quite annoying. They don't have ear plug even I have requested before.

Fabulous view of the city. Excellent rooms. Across from an iconic park. Walking distance to subway and a nice mall. Friendly staff. English spoken at the desk. In New York, you'd pay twice the price for a room like this.

Takes quite a while to get down to the street via two different elevators, but that's a pretty picky thing to complain about.

Great personal (housekeeping, waitress, receptionist and consierge), comfortable room with amazing views of the city, delicious breakfast and convenient executive lounge. Price is not low but worth to spend.

I would have liked to understand better since the beginning where the gym/swimming pool etc., was. I thought this information wasn't really clear with all the changing elevator dynamics.

Amazing location, right across the street from the Shanghai History Museum and People's Park, the hop-on hop-off tourist bus stops right outside and incredible views of the city from the room. You can walk to Nanjing road (many pubs/restaurants/nightlife spots) and New World mall from here (has China's only Nike Labs). Very professional staff. Also, the high tea here is the best high tea I've had in China. Two different types of bacon and Shanghai pancakes in the breakfast buffet. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet was pretty great! Fairly wide selection of choices and not too crowded, even during peak season. Good gym and pool/spa as well. Oh, also the TV in the room is HUGE.

A little bit dated, I guess because it's an older building. While the breakfast had a decent selection, it's not as wide a selection as other Marriott hotels I've stayed at, but it was acceptable. It's a bit of a maze to find the pool. I'm not sure the value-for-money is there but the location makes up for it.

Location Breakfast Ambience its a royal feeling to stay in JW Marriott Tomorrow square very convenient access to THE BUND and to Nanjing East Street Shopping Area it was a treat to stay looking forward again to stay soon

Perfect breakfast with best service. Staffs incl. cleaning staffs are more than friendly. Food at chinese restaurant at 39th floor is highly recommended.

Good location, decent gym and friendly staffs

There was a foul smell on level 57 floor as soon as you leave the elevator, as a 5 star hotel I expected the facility to be more clean and looked after.
