The hotel was great! Easy walk from metro station. Staff was polite and spoke English well. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathtub was an added bonus. Room had a great view and was quiet throughout the night.
This doesn’t have to to do with the hotel but traffic jams seemed very common nearby so plan accordingly if you have a time restriction.

great staff , 25 meter pool, great gym , clean and good view. Close to Pazhou for Canton fair, close to Guangzhou Nan high speed train , 40 mins to Hong Kong by train. A beautiful property stylish and quaility appointments

Good size rooms, great staff, comfortable beds! Heated marble floor under the mirror in the bathroom = amazing. The location is perfect if you're heading to Chimelong Safari Park and there are some AMAZING restaurants nearby!
My only gripe is that it seemed the air conditioner turned off at some point in the early morning and I had to restart it, minor though!

Breakfast was just fine with a wide range of Asian so as ''English Breakfast'' food selection. It can definitely satisfy the needs of any guest. We were very happy, when reception personnel have decided to upgrade our room and more over send us a cake. It was very kind.

The hotel staff are extremely well trained. They are very helpful and polite. The staff at the front desk all spoke English and were very accommodating. The hotels location is excellent! Just a few minutes away from two big shopping malls and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. If you are going to the Chimelong Safari, I’d definitely recommend that you stay at this hotel as the safari park is only 15 minutes away by car.
