Four Points by Sheraton Saskatoon

The location of the Hotel is very good. It is near many good restaurants and retail stores. The room was a good size and we had a nice view. Instead of a continental breakfast we were provided with a voucher for a good breakfast in their on site dinning room.

This is a newer Hotel in a high volume sports City. It is showing the wear and tear of rambunctious patrons of all ages. The scratched in graffiti in both elevators was disappointing. The carpeting had been repaired or replaced in many areas. Again, the baggage carts were in bad shape and barely usable.

All the Staff at the reception and otherwise were very warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to staff: Daman, Simran, Mukul, Sukhneet. Had wonderful interactions with them and they have been of immense help at all times.

We appreciated the extra time and result put in to help to correct an error on booking which was my error. We did not eat at the restaurant as we have family in the city. Appreciated that masks were mandated. Room request was accepted.

With Covid restrictions in place, the requests for replacing daily use items ie towels, facecloths, soap need to be tended to more readily.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was great with a choice of pillows.

The TV remote was not encased. The door knob did not indicate that it had been sanitized. We were happy with the cleanliness but a tape to show that no other party had entered would indicate that we were the only entrants since cleaning. Just a suggestion. When booking I paid extra for the continental breakfast as an option, but there was no such offering only off the menu. I mentioned to the clerk at checkout but he did not offer to correct or refund the charge.

Quiet building. Next to nothing for road noise. On site restaurant with acceptable menu and good service

Great location. We were there for a Christmas shopping weekend. Essy access to many shopping centre's. The room was nice and big.

The pool was busy because the hotel was full of kids that were in saskatoon for hockey tournaments

I liked that you could go down to have breakfast, free wifi, free parking, and swim.

I did not like the sink being clogged up, took awhile for the water to go down. Also, the a.c in the room did not cool as much, it was very little. Asked the front desk for a fan but wasn't available.

The room was incredibly clean. I mean extremely clean!

Signage everywhere stated masks are required in all public areas yet me and the staff were the only people I ever saw with masks on. Parking lot was full of out of province and even out of country license plates so I was disappointed that no other guests I saw cared about the safety of others in wearing masks.

The air conditioner fan was waving in and out. The sink was nearly plugged. Rm. 424. We thought there was a 11.00 voucher for breakfast. Not so.

Place was in a good spot walking distance too many great Restraunts and the water slide and hot tub were very relaxing

The Restraunt attached too the hotel could have had a better craft beer selection but we are in Saskatchewan so that's just the way it goes
