Delta Hotels by Marriott Saguenay Conference Centre

Everything was good. Before I reserve, I looked at the reviews on the site. Few of them were basically negative. But I find nothing negative. Only the things that the management have to think is try to arrange a family room and at least one housekeeping staff for the Night Shift as well. I was looking after to choose the room type-‘family’. But the facility doesn’t have the family room. I went with my two kids but couldn’t book two separate rooms. So, I was looking for a family room but there was not. As a manager of a hotel, I learned something how to operate a 4 STAR FACILITY without own Kitchen 😃😃

There is nothing bad that I have to mention here.

The room is very nice and clean, so are the washrooms. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was actually nicer then expected.

We took a room with a king size bed in order to get the best sleep possible. The bed was making a huge squeaky noise has soon has we would move (even the smallest movement would make the bed squeak). The squeaking was so strong that it would wake one of us up has soon has the other moved. The pillows were also extremely large. Maybr most people like those type off pillows but for us, it gave us pain to our necks and ended up sleeping without the pillows.

I booked through Booking.com I thought that I was getting a discount but appeared not. When I checked in I asked if I could use my CAA membership for a discount and was told that because I was already receiving a discount through Booking.com that is wasn’t possible. After paying my bill I then realized I did not get any extra incentive. The motel is beautiful. I chalked it up as a lesson to be clear on my fees

The pool and sauna was excellent. The staff was so polite and accessible. The parking is always available and free.

There was not a microwave in the room. There is one in the hallway, but you have to walk and it is not comfortable.

We paid for the breakfast.... a night was already expensive. They suppose to include price of breakfast

No breakfast includ in the price. Only one small bottle of water in the room

A very high class hotel. Very large and spacious rooms. The rooms organized at a high level. The hotel includes an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Adjacent to the hotel (part of it) is the Boston Pizza restaurant

Its accessible and clean. Ww supposed to use the gym and the swimming pool unfortunately no more time.

It’s late when we checked in and the restaurant is closed. We want to warm up something and there’s mo microwave.

Clean space! Comfortable beds. That's what we needed after 8 hours of driving. Thanks
