Courtyard by Marriott Montreal Airport

We stayed here overnight during a layover. It met and exceeded all expectations as an airport hotel. The shuttle service was easy to figure out and efficient. Price for what you get is exceptional - we couldn't believe how big the room was. Check-in and check-out are really streamlined so if you're getting in exhausted you'll be in your room in a few minutes flat.

No complaints - we were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, modern and well-cared for. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. During our stay, we spoke with 4 different people at the front desk and they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient and prompt.

Apart from the extremely uncomfortable pillows and the missing hairdryer, we had no complaints. The room was spacious and it had a coffee machine, it was clean and quiet, as much as it can be so close to the airport. The extra charge for parking wasn’t very positive considering that the rooms are pricey for an airport hotel.

The room price was high. There were 14 family members staying there and the last night I had a friend needing a place for one night. They wouldn't be arriving until 10 p.m. I asked for a price on the room and it was the same as we had paid. They booked elsewhere. When we arrived at the hotel my sister-in-law told me she received an e-mail from Mariott for 25% of. I did not receive the e-mail although I am a member. Was told it could not be honored as the offer had expired.

Second time staying here for work travel and it's a great spot. The staff are very polite, professional, and accomodating. I requested extra coffee pods and towels through my reservation on Booking.com and my request was met without asking again in person. I requested ice over the phone shortly after arriving and the ice was brought to my room promptly. I forget the name of the brand of the coffee maker, but it is a pod-type similar to Keurig or Nespresso and I loved it. The bed is really comfortable (soft mattress, if that's what you like) and the wifi was fast. Most notably, I called shortly after my check-out to report a missing pillow. The staff called me back right away and agreed to ship it to me in Toronto.

If you are looking to unwind by watching TV at night it's not the best spot as the TV is quite small with limited channels. I wanted to watch the NHL playoff games but they only had one channel with the local game and I was unable to watch the other teams play.

They had problems trying to find our reservation. I did have Booking.com’s confirmation number. According to the hotel your company had put my first name as the last name and that’s where the confusion was. Took about 20 minutes for them to rectify the situation.

I was on a layover. They advertise that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes to the airport. I waited 50 minutes for a shuttle , watching other hotel shuttles coming and going on two sometimes three loops.

Staff was super friendly very informative supportive helpful. The location was on not much shopping can be done but great for highway access coming or going from or to Ottawa/Toronto gréât place very comfortable room was t to big but good size very helpful place definitely would recommend

Clean room. All amenities available. Small 24/7 mart near reception for purchase of snacks. Airport pickup available.
