The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were fantastic with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom facilities were immaculate, and all towels and bed sheets were changed daily. Air conditioning in the room was also a massive bonus. We had breakfast provided every morning. The hotel additionally provided free tea, coffee, water, and wifi 24 hours a day. My boys were happy there was a 24-hour gym which they used each morning. Overall, the hotel and the lobby were clean and had an excellent atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff and we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. It has all the amenities like towels and hygiene products. The beds are comfortable. Casting YouTube on the flat screen smart TV is a very thoughtful thing and easily done. The 24 hour coffee at the lobby is top quality. The receptionists are very welcoming and courteous. You'll also notice all the small details once you actually get to stay here that are so considerate, i.e. the hangers, the hooks, several USB charging stations on the night table, the 24 hour bottled water available at the lobby. We have yet to try breakfast.

I just wish the size of the room was a bit bigger for a two queen beds room.

The location is quiet, the beds are super comfy, and the rooms are extra clean and light. The gym is actually pretty decent and everything works! Overall something about this hotel uplifts my mood and I love coming here to take a relaxing break from my normal life.

The only things I could complain about is the lack of storage in the hotels, there aren't any closed spaces to put clothes in and it can become impractical for an extended stay or someone that likes to unpack their luggage. Also there is only one shared microwave for the hotel in the lobby and I wish there were a bit more.

Our stay in the hotel was really pleasant. We had a good time. The breakfast was good, and the staff serving the breakfast was really helpful and always smiling. Which gives us a sense of welcome. I wish I had recorded her name. The staff came to ask if I needed change of towels or additional things, which was really amazing for them to check up the room. Overall, we had an amazing time. For sure, this is my no. 1 hotel so far.

The pillow smelled like it wasn't washed or changed. I could smell someone who had slept in it. Because the other three pillows didn't carry those smells. It was a big deal. We had to take out the pillow.

the property is clearly a new build. Very clean and nice interior. The decor makes it feel very modern and uplifting! The staff are also great. very polite and will go above to try to satisfy guests requests. Complimentary breakfast is decent but make sure you get there earlier so your options are not limited. We only stayed one night so we did not get to try the facilities, but will definitely be returning next time we are in town!

The only downside is the location for me but not a huge deal if you don’t mind driving a bit longer to get to the commercial areas.

We booked the hotel for our last night in Canada as we wanted a moderately priced, decent hotel near the airport. The hotel is all that and so it was a very positive experience. It's modern, clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is decent. Our kids loved the pool. The gym is also a plus. Definitely recommended for short stays; we'll surely be back.

There really isn't anything around the hotel, yet (we knew this beforehand, though). It's not necessarily a hotel for longer stays as guests will miss further amenities.

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were great. The pool was very clean and I liked the decor. The hotel overall was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful when I called in the day before our booking. Thank you for your excellent service. We would definitely stay at your hotel in the future.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. When I went down for coffee at breakfast, there were no cups for coffee. Went to pool and returned 1/2 hour later and cups were replenished. I have stayed at hotels Up North who offered a hot buffet style breakfast (included with our booking). We adapted. I had a yogurt and coffee. There was a shortage of towels each time I visited the pool (twice for one night stay).

The entire hotel is wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to all of my friends. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff were so kind to my dog that was travelling with me. From the free breakfast and coffee available all day, to having a gym and a pool on site, this hotel is perfect. The front desk and maintenance staff were so helpful. All in all, a lovely experience after dealing with a nightmare at the airport.

I had some technical difficulties with connecting the TV to my phone. However, the front desk and maintenance tried as hard as possible to resolve the issue. Thank you again.

Very new, bright, clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast with enough options: 2 warm omelets, 2 fruits, a muffin, bagels, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc. Great coffee. It's in a newer industrial area, but a bus stop is right across the road if you need to get to shops and amenities just down the road. Parking is easy. The window blind system is really good for privacy and darkness.

Wished there was a hot tub. Can hear a bit of traffic noise as it's right at a busy intersection.

Clean, modern, good sleeping arrangements, central to everything we did, friendly staff.

Not enough place to unpack your clothes when staying for a few days. Preset alarms in the rooms, (maybe set by previous guests-should be reset in between each visit by staff) as ours woke us the first day, other rooms (I assume) with no guests that would go off endlessly woke us up others. Very blah breakfast - frozen foods and pre-packaged items.
