Travelodge by Wyndham Trenton

Staff made this place special. The gentleman on our first night stay was super nice and went extra miles to help the customer. (I had baby with me and he would get out from his desk and hold the door for me!) Checkin lady was very nice too. Breakfast is way better than expected. Even cleaning staffs were so friendly. My son forgot his hat in the room, cleaning lady found us in parking lot and gave it back to us. Room is outdated but very quiet!

Room is outdated and needs improvement. Eg bathroom door is broken couldnt close

The rooms were clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom so that one person could brush their teeth while the other was showering. The free breakfast had good variety. The water cooler in the breakfast room was helpful as I could use to fill my water bottle before heading out. The hotel was easy to access by car.

Pets are allowed. I think it's great people can bring their furry friends with them, but there was a dog that had been left alone for hours and was constantly barking (the poor thing). We could hear the dog across the hall from us even with our door shut. It disrupted our sleep a bit too.

The hotel was perfect no problems with it

I selected get directions on the booking application and the app send me to the hotel but in a different city 90 minutes a way of the hotel I reserved. And at I contact the costumer services of booking and they didn't not even help me was like that's no are problem that's yours you have tu go to the other hotel that was like at 10h00pm so for booking app a have to say my review is of 0 ⭐️

Staff were friendly. Our room had a small kitchenette which we did not use, but could see how that would be helpful for some travellers

Layout and flow of breakfast needs improvement. The travel path for plates and food did not work well. Staff were quick to respond and make corrections based on feedback that cutlery display was not sanitary and adjust (should always be handles up for touching not the tines or spoon part)

Breakfast was very good. The booking app upgraded our room (we had not requested this upgrade) so we could look over the water - not really much to look at anyway --> I hope we don't have to pay extra because it wasn't a request that we made!

The location of the room was poor. We were right next to the fire door at the end of the hallway. So, this meant we had to 'put up with' the fire door banging every time someone went through. We reported it to the staff on duty but it would have been impossible to be there every time a client went downstairs. We didn't figure out the noise until we were ready to leave on the second day. We ended up using and got a fair sleep first night. Phone didn't work, the staff replaced it. We were not able to watch much of the TV programs available - staff just said they were 'looking into it' but it meant we were not able to watch much on the TV.

I like that it was close so I was able to see my dad & the loss of my family member and I like how they were able to extend . My late check out because I ended up Fading and hitting the floor at the sticks and stones by sitting on barstool . The hotel extending my late check out to one o'clock which I deeply appreciate , I didn't know how long it would take me to get out of the hospital after that accident. I love everything about it and I will definitely be booking down in the future, And hopefully I have a better experience and I don't faint or bait or have any more accidents meaning by my foot got hurt so wasn't able to sleep well. Because I really enjoy my one night there at this establishment and I appreciate the staff working around the death of my one family member and understanding that I had accident at sticks & Stones was at hospital being treated and letting me have a my late checkout at 1 instead of 11am. So I had a very wonderful time and I can't wait for my next beautiful experience Because I do definitely appreciate what the staff have done for me when I was there it was a wonderful experience there's not a thing that I would not change. And next time when I come for my experience at least I'll be able to actually enjoy sleeping in a comfortable wonderful bed without the Pain in my one leg from falling off the bar stool. It's a wonderful experience the staff were nice and wonderful and very helpful. Can't ask for a better hotel than the travel lodge by Wyndham In Trenton Until I see you guys again I thank you for everything you've done and you have a wonderful good afternoon.

Room and bathroom were clean. The service was great (on phone and at hotel). Good location multiple things around like restaurants, grocery, ... Breakfast very basic not the best experience I had. Not a lot choice. Better than nothing but could be improved.

The bed mattress had a side that was lower seems like it was broken.

It was easy to find and check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and decently comfortable. It was very clean

I booked the room for my husband and I for his birthday and specifically got a room with a spa tub and fireplace. The room was great but the fireplace was turned off. They dont have them on so you can use them because people were blowing fuses. To have it turned on we had to wait til 10pm for maintance. It was not mentioned when I booked that we wouldnt be able to use it.

Great breakfast as best as can be expected. Very nice Indian couple runs it and does all they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed with our small dog and loved the place!

Everything was great. Maybe just that maple syrup for the waffles instead of table syrup.

Amanda ay front reception was the best! She was very helpful and friendly. I also liked that they had washer dryer and we were able to wash our clothes after the beach. Make sure to bring your laundry detergent. If not, they can sell it to you at the front desk. Breakfast was bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea etc.. and apples. Good for the kiddos before heading out for the day. The things I didn’t like are the beds. Not comfortable at all. And the walls are thin and I could hear the neighbours talk, cough and snoring at night. Besides that, the location is not too far from Sandbanks. 45 minutes drive to the beach. You can also drive 3 Kim’s down and have restaurants, grocery stores etc.
