Hampton Inn By Hilton Peterborough

It is a new property and looks fresh with a nice bathroom, beds and breakfast room.

When I arrived, I was not informed that a deposit would be added to the bill. Credit company advised me shortly afterwards by email, an automatic feature of my account, that an amount was taken on my card that was $50 more than the price quoted. I had to call down to reception to find out about the deposit. Not supplied with drinking cups in the bathroom. Doesn’t seem to have sufficient parking. Had to park in a disabled space as there wasn’t a single place left in lot. I rather not do that and luckily my car was still there without a ticket when I returned the next morning.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the front staff very nice and friendly. Checkin and checkout process very quick and smooth.

Several of the power sockets with usb ports did not work

The fact that the casino was right next door was a big plus. The shower in the bathroom was great, you didn't have to jump over a bathtub to get in.

The signage to find the place was lacking. If I hadn't had GPS in my car it would have been difficult to find the location of the hotel. If you like Tim Horton's it's right next door, but if you're into a better restaurant you'll have to drive. The casino does have a restaurant but one meal there is enough.

Great staff and service, clean rooms and facilities. No complaints and very much appreciated considering the trend of other hotels decline in service and cleanliness.

Google Maps/GPS will lead you in circles trying to get to the location. Road access construction has been going on for over a year and still not finished. Don't go next door! It is a Casino, expect they are trying to make up for pandemic losses.

perfectly clean. front desk and dining area staff were super friendly and helpful. the sausages and brown beans were very good. the woman who helped us with the waffle machine was very kind , and super respecful when asking for our covid credentials

Our breakfast cheese omlette was awful. It was a tasteless lukewarm piece of rubber. It seemed like cooked offsite hospital food. The waffle was meh.. the table syrup that was available to us was cheap crap. you'd be better off serving Egg McMuffin knock offs

Breakfast met my needs. The attention of keeping the various foods in abundant supply was very good.

I was in room 209 where a barn style sliding door is in place to serve as either the toilet or closet door but not both at the same time. The door is heavy and a smaller set person may have difficulty sliding.

THE HOT BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, LOCATION WAS PERFECT, ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE & HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED, ISSUE WITH THE FRIDGE NOT WORKING AT CHECK IN BUT THE FRONT DESK CLERK HAD IT FIXED IN 2 MINUTES

THE CHAIR IN THE ROOM COULD OF BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER AS IT WAS STAINED AND THE OTHER CHAIR STILL HAD HAIR ON IT WHEN CHECKED IN,SHOULD HAVE MAYBE CLEAN THEM A LITTLE BETTER

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the decor updated. Check in and check out were easy and efficient

The room was clean for the most part. There were crumbs on the carpet and in the chair, so some attention to detail was a little lacking for housekeeping. Parking is not adequate, guests should not have to hike to and from from the casino parking lot. Included breakfast was on the lean side.

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns and have never been disappointed. This Hampton Inn is exceptional! Very new and extremely clean. The staff are very professional and friendly. I think it’s a family run business. Covid protocol goes above and beyond. The rooms have a sanitation seal that you break as you enter the room to show that no one has been in the room since it was sanitized.

The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice to have a makeup/shaving mirror in bathroom.

the room was very spacious and beds comfortable ....room was well equipped.. All of my special requests were met ...close to elevator and something special in room for my senior moms birthday. The breakfast was very nice and breakfast room lovely as well as fellow managing it. The staff at front desk also very pleasant.
