Great facilities, staff, breakfast, services.... couldn't ask for better!

Having severe allergies to cat and dog dander, there was concern when booking that pets were accommodated. Either our rooms were thoroughly cleaned or cat/dogs were never in the room as there was no problem. I understand with the popularity of dog owners how this kind of accommodation is appealing but perhaps there could be a section aside for it rather than the whole facility.

It was an almost new hotel in a good location. The breakfast was decent and the property was clean. the lobby was good with several TVs and plenty of seats. there was a fire place and BQ outside next to the entrance, which we didn't use but it was nice. Maybe next time we will use it.

We requested cribs for kids which was accepted by them but they couldn't provide it. Instead they gave us a room with 2 queen beds that almost did the job.

We loved our stay. It was clean and bed , pillows are comfortable.All new, i love the shower and the spa and swimming pool was great , I reserved it for 8 pm and we were alone very relaxing, after exploring Petawa for a day. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was great.

The bad thing was the breakfast, awful very poor.

Lovely, well maintained and well equipped rooms . Super comfy bed and silent AC. Excellent USB ports. Was like a little home from home. There was an on site laundry which was perfect for us as we were on a road trip. Really helpful and friendly receptionist. Definitely recommend

The only criticism we would have is that breakfast, whilst lots of choice and very plentiful, didn't have many interesting healthy choices eg plain yoghurt, fruit other than apples/oranges etc. However I think that having now stayed in a range of different types of accommodation in Canada, breakfast expectations in Europe are maybe different to North America.

It was the first time my grandchildren had ever been to a hotel. They loved it.

The first day the pool was filled very high making the depth too high for my grandchildren to be comfortable also there was a significant amount of chemicals in the pool. I actually had to go to the drug store for eye drops for one of the children. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had. Cold coffee rubbery eggs and sketchy looking Sausages.

It's a clean property with good access and exit, and the location is generally convenient near a few restaurants in town. The room size is sufficient for a couple, and a full range of appliances is provided.

I think management can provide more facilities for this property to be more entertaining like a spa or massage room. The breakfast was quite poor compared to other hotels in the same price range.

-Very clean and organized. -Friendly staff and good breakfast -The beds were comfy and the room was very spacious. -I had big fridge and microwave which was excellent for a family of 4. -The jacuzzi and the pool were not too busy and I was able to enjoy it with family.

- our view was not the best - AC is too loud. - Room was too bright in the morning, making it hard to continue sleeping.

I see the breakfast provided as the extra mile from the hotel, highly appreciated but i still went out for more food, coffee was extremely good and everything was well cooked and clean.

Not about the hotel, some people really really abuse on the amount of food they get for breakfast and that might leave some other customers without the chance to get a bite. Not cool and uncomfortable.

Rate, room, facilties were very good. The staff made our visit with pets and grandkids a very nice experience. The quality of the room was above what we expected. Pool was amazing and every square inch of the hotel was clean.

Did not have time to spend another night.

After this trip, we have booked 10 more days with you and 5 stayed days more after our first trip.

Personally did not like the breakfast (heated) but the not heated option allowed you to cook it in your room which was perfect! The rooms were amazing and the only thing better would be appointments to the pool but that is COVIDs fault (same with breakkie).
