Olympia Motel

Nice little motel close to all the action. Free parking. Nice staff. It's not the Hilton, but I wasn't expecting that since the Hilton is $400.00 a night and still charges for parking.. Clean, comfortable, room, fridge and microwave. Wifi. Balcony. They let me keep the car there after check out for a few hours. Perfectly acceptable. I would stay again.

Free parking, microwave oven and mini fridge in the room, friendly staff. The location is very good, and the pool wasn't open yet, but it wasn't the purpose of our visit, so we can't judge. There were 2 beds, 2 night tables, 4 comfy chairs and a small round table, beside the dresser.

When you enter the room the air doesn't smell very good, but after turning on the AC it gets better. The WiFi is a bit slow, but worked mostly fine. There was a bit of dust in the room, but at least we didn't see any bugs. No floor towel for the bathroom.

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend the weekend in Niagara Falls. It was incredibly well priced for the location (30 second walk from Clifton Hill and 5 minutes from the Falls) and staff were incredibly attentive. Air conditioning kept the rooms cool in 30+ degree weather and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool had weird times that it was open, I think it opened for the day at 12, though we were busy enough that we wouldn't have used it much anyway.

The hotel is located like 700 meters from the falls, you can easily walk around the shopping area and get easy the tickets for the tour. The motel is comfortable , nothing fancy but acceptable, don't expect a fancy one, is just to sleep good, safe and in a clean place. If you book it with some time in advance you can easily get good deals.

The only thing I recomend is to fix the doors of the rooms sometimes it was hard to open it. I will come back next time defenetely.

This is a hidden gem. Cost effective and clean. The couple who run this business care about their guests and their facility. An older motel, some of the decor shows this, in a most beautiful way. No complaints about the room, service, or location. Some of the other guests, seem to be living there long term and appear rather disheveled in appearance, but the motel, the owners, and facilities are excellent. Strongly recommend you book this over the hotels on the hill or by the falls.

Some of the other guests seemed like the types to commit various crimes. There was a small feeling of uncertainty. However, this is not the fault of the motel owners.

No breakfast was provided, which was not an issue. The motel is old/dated but was clean, no musty smells. Bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Considering how close it was to the attractions, it was very quiet.

Reception area is run-down looking and didn't give a good first impression. The bathtub tiling was patchworked with grout and caulking and could use an overhaul.

My partner and I went to this motel, beginning of April. The place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The price is cheap and the location is less than 10 min walk from the attractions. It's close enough to everything you need, but not too close that you can hear noise from the attraction. It didn't come with a fridge or microwave, but when I asked the owner they were kind enough to bring them to the room. It came with a TV, had basic channels, good WIFI service. For the price and location I would rate this place 9 out of 10. I Would definitely go back again.

The room could use some remodeling and maybe add a small table in the room so guest can eat on.

Very hospitable and polite management and staff. The room was very spacious and super clean, and most importantly, the beds were comfortable and linen and pillows were very clean. we had a microwave, a small fridge, a TV and AC in our room. We asked for a kettle and they kindly provided one. The location of the motel is wonderful, walking distance to clifton Hill but very quite.

Nothing really

We liked the price, the location (very close to the touristic attractions) and the free parking available. It was quiet and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Overall this is a good hotel for those with a limited budget, that are not looking or don’t care about fancy features.

The bathroom looked old, but considering the price range I wasn’t expecting anything fancy.

Location to Clifton Hill for the price is excellent. Easy walking distance to the Falls and Skylon Tower. The room was very specious and all the staff were very nice and accommodating of requests like extra pillows, extra towels, etc. The room was very clean and housekeeping came by daily without having to request it.
