Small ice machine in the hallway. Not much for multiple ppl. Also would have been nice if the kitchen came with at least 1 dishwasher pod a day. Not just one for the entire stay

The front desk staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Chatting with us upon check-in. The kitchen amenities and seating in our room were perfect for heating and serving our belated Thanksgiving dinner with our 2 older children who are in London for school. The room was spacious enough to have them to dinner, visit and play some card games together. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying some shopping together at all of the stores right next door! All staff we encountered during our stay greeted us and were very friendly. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

The properly was well kept, breakfast area was large and bright. the in suite kitchen was fantastic.
it was noisy. Not so much the other guests being loud just poor soundproofing - so you heard every time someone opened their door or walked past. Also would have appreciated a better system for getting fresh towels rather than asking front desk. We were there for multiple days and with no daily refresh seemed like there should have been a better system.

The housekeeping staff has got to be the friendliest I have every seen at any hotel.
For the price I wasn’t impressed. The shower door is on wrong, so you have to step into the water spray right off. There was no tub. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a couch in the room. Only a little bar to eat at but we couldn’t because we needed it for storage of our stuff.

The sofabed felt old and had spring mattress. The location is hard to get to and there is a xxx massage place next door.

The breakfast was great! Donna was friendly and on top of the serving of breakfast. Emily on the front desk was very pleasant. All the staff we passed in the halls smiled and said hello.
Wish the property had a pool.

The room was exactly what we needed at a fair price, room was comfortable, was clean with updated furniture , the cleaning staff said hi or good morning every time they walked by, very friendly :) front desk staff was nice and helpful too
The outside of the property has a little bit of a dingy look to it, could use a little facelift and more trees/bushes .. if you get a room with a kitchenette it’s a good idea to bring your own pot or pan since the ones in the cupboard were very used and scratched up
