Hampton Inn London Ontario

Friendly staff at front desk who immediately signed us up for Hilton Honours, had us in room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Great comfy beds a full complimentary breakfast. Breakfast staff to truly showed exceptional respect for guests. Dulce and Elsie great receptionist. Checking out excellent

No issues to bring up. Maybe more lighting in parking lot in case of breakins that are prevalent in London but we had no issues

The hotel's been renovated and is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the continental breakfast is pretty good.

The sofa bed in the room was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep through the night even though I'm not AT ALL picky about mattresses. I had back pain the next morning. When I brought this up to the staff's attention, they were fairly dismissive and said they can't do anything about it.

We've stayed here several times because the rooms are modern, clean and the hot breakfast is great. The staff are attentive and friendly. We had a slow drain in the tub and they fixed it immediately. They now have a small laundry room for customers, should they want to do a load or 2. We also like the location.

If I had to be super picky, I would say they should swap out their shower heads for new hand-helds.

Good location! close to shopping ,restaurants and highways. The swimming pool room was in nice temperature, the towels for the pool were provided. very clean and organized. there is a small gym next door. the bedroom very comfortable and clean. the breakfast very good and varying from one day to the other.

parking is too open

We got a bigger room than usual for a special birthday trip! It was so big and clean. They provided my extra pillows in my closet. Wr booked a time in the pool and had it to ourselves which was super fun for the kids. The staff was friendly as always but especially the lady from the kitchen. My son spilled a drink ans she rushed to us to tell him it's ok, not to cry and leaned it up. She made conversation and was just so sweet. A hidden gem for sure!

No ability to pay my deposit with debit and wasn't told until I arrived so I had to leave with 3 kids to go to the bank for cash Had called 10 min prior and was never told

the staff was so friendly ! front desk Cara was so kind and went above and beyond calling me when I forgot something in my room. the housekeeping staff made sure the room was super clean and we had extra towels. the Buffett lady helped assist the perfect waffles for my children and it was quite the spread of hot food. Family was well fed for breakfast! pool gave kids a fun time and chance for my hubby and I to relax as they swam away.

very clean . bed was comfortable. water pressure was good breakfast was good

we checked in around 309 . went to have a shower because I worked alll day . and we weee going out. . there was no hit water . I let the water run for a good 15 -20 mins . still no hot water . there were lots of hot water in the morning.

both check-in and check-out went absolutely smoothly, staff was genuinely friendly even with a very late arrival time; the blanket was comfy and warm (I often find hotel bed linens pretty and not warm enough), wi-fi connection was great (again not my usual experience at hotels) and I loved all the usb charging stations and covid protocols were excellent (day 1 of using our vaccine passports for common areas)

I wish there was a recycle bin but other than that I will definitely book again and at another Hampton Inn as well

Very clean, mattress hurt our backs but that could just be us…perhaps we’re us to different. Elevator wasn’t working The grounds had tons of weeds, needs outdoor maintenance. Our hot water wasn’t coming threw. Took 15 min to get hot. We almost had to pack up and change rooms. Breakfast was good, otherwise the hotel is still nice

Really loved the space in the king suite, it felt so private and peaceful. Bedding was fantastic! Nice lobby and welcoming staff. Very clean.

Only issue was a major dent, and when I say dent, I mean CREVACE, on the bed. Was just me and my dogs so was super comfortable sleeping on the rest of the bed, but the was so incredibly noticeable and uncomfortable, am surprised they haven't replaced it yet. Otherwise was extremely happy with everything else!
