Hilton Garden Inn Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. The lobby had a really neat 'shop' thoughtfully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and more substantial frozen meals. Very impressive and convenient. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a beautifully designed bathroom. Great shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant the next morning.

It was all great. No complaints at all.

What a surprise! Absolutely beautiful facility! We loved the contemporary flare! The staff were courteous and very friendly, and extremely competent dealing with their guests! Thank Corrie for making the experience a valuable experience! The facility, the staff gets a “10” from all of us! With our gratitude…a big thank you!

staff were very welcoming and efficient. They were very accommodating when we mentioned we were coming for a funeral and would appreciate an early check-in to get ready. Be accommodated us immediately. A very clean and pretty property. The rooms were spacey and lots of room for clothing and items. Very modern and workable bathroom.!

Clean, bed was comfortable, loved that it was dog friendly, had a good atmosphere at the restaurant, I like the water fill up station, staff were friendly and helpful, I like the Neutrogena soaps and body lotions.

The air con in the bedrooms is very loud my partner woke up multiple times in the middle of the night when it would come on. I don't like that the doors to the bathroom slide because it doesn't give as much privacy. I wish the place had a hot tub or sauna.

This hotel was delightful. We arrived a little earlier than we had anticipated and had no issues checking in a little early. The staff were all so friendly and the hotel was SPOTLESS! We stayed at the Microtel at the being of our trip and everything was better at the Hilton! The pool was warm and we had it to our selves and was easy to book! COVID protocols were wonderful. We felt very comfortable with our newborn there! So clean and had wipes and sanitizer everywhere. My number one want at a hotel is cleanliness (prior to covid too) and this hotel is a 10/10. I put out towels and garbage outside our room and they were gone with 15 mins. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Best we’ve stayed at in Sudbury and only hotel we’d be back to if we came up North to visit again!

The only thing that wasn’t great was how loud the doors of the other guests rooms were/ housekeeping working. Even trying to close the door quietly was loud. We also were in the accessible room and the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. Even after the first shower when mindful of the water the drain was not placed correctly to drain. (though I am certain the hotel would have someone help mop if help was needed)

What a wonderful stay! We were a kind of last minute booking with a large dog and they were so helpful and nice with our pooch. She was spoiled by the staff. The room was wonderful. Everything was so clean and accessible. The staff was great. The restaurant and bar were delicious and fantastic. The gin cocktails were amazing! Will stay here again!

My only qualm was found the beds a little uncomfortable. However, I normally sleep on a stiff hard bed so that may be more of a me thing then the hotel. We also found there was many kid friendly meals available for children.

We had the wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect. But the shower curtain hangs past the edge and the water runs onto the floor. There is a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor which was good but I feel the curtain should be moved into the shower more.

Overall, this was a great hotel. New, clean, and has a nice restaurant. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

The only small complaint I have is that there were dirty room service plates in the hallway when we checked in at 3 p.m., and they were still there the next morning at 10 a.m. However, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were cleared by the time we returned to the hotel at 2 p.m.

The location is excellent. It has ample parking and parking lots are adjacent to both a gas station and restaurants, including Tim Hortons. Steps away are other restaurants and shopping. The accommodations exceeding my expectations! We will be back

Very friendly and professional staff, Rooms are very clean and airy. A lot of natural light throughout the hotel. Decor recent and fresh!

Beds are a little hard, we were 4 (2 separate rooms), we all woke up with sore necks due to the hard pillows. We all agreed the pillows need to be replaced.
