Holiday Inn Express Dryden, an IHG Hotel

The staff member greeted you as you came through the door and it was nice to see a happy face and very professional desk clerk waiting on us. The hotel, was very clean, the morning breakfast was excellent, that lovely lady, was very kind and caring, came to us to ask if everything was OK, wished us a very nice day. I would recommend this hotel two thumbs up, and I would stay there again for sure.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The powerful shower pressure was a nice surprise. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The omelets and banana bread at breakfast were delicious. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The only negative was the dirty appearance of hallway carpet however, I understand they can't control how some guests may be less than considerate with muddy boots/shoes and soil common areas.

Location was great, room was clean and beds comfortable. Dove soaps and toiletries were stocked, microwave and mini fridge in cabinet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. Newer looking hotel parking in front of our window was great

Shower was a bit weak, and it was a bit pricey for one night. Not much negative to say!

We stayed for 2 nights. The first day we came back at 3pm and the room was not cleaned, understanding that it was at the end of the alley and the cleaners were still about 5 rooms from our room. But at the end it was no issue, because there wasn't too much to clean.

Good location on hiway. We walked into town, about 1.5 km. Property is clean, rooms have a microwave and fridge and Coffee machine. Beds comfortable. Not inexpensive but the breakfast made up for the price. Breakfast during covid was unusually good as they provided a hot breakfast. We had pancakes, bacon, oatmeal, eggs, toast, milk and coffee! We preordered the night before and had lots of Choice. Awesome. Lovely, friendly staff. Would recommend.

A little more expensive than other places on our cross country trip ($135) but excellent breakfast made up for it.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly. Loved the breakfast, a good variety.

They had the air conditioning on too high, when you walked on the carpet, it felt wet and very damp in the room, the bathroom floor felt like it was wet too.

The facility seems fairly new and I found it to be very clean. The staff were all friendly and the location was convenient. Would recommend/stay again!

We required a pet friendly room as we are traveling with a puppy. My husband has allergies to animals (our puppy is hypoallergenic) and the room bothered his allergies a little bit. I guess its what to be expected, however, we stayed in a pet friendly room the night before in Moose Jaw, SK and his allergies were not affected the way they were here. It's really not that big of a deal, just something to consider for those who have mild to moderate allergies

The breakfast was OK. I would have preferred the option of having two or more egg servings. The bacon was delightful. I had two pieces. I would have preferred 4. I would have liked to have two juice boxes too. The room was lovely. Nobody disturbed me.

There was a flashing light on the wall that looked like a lightning bolt. I initially thought that there was lightning happening and worried about forest fires. It was a regular flash in the same spot, so I got over my fright.

The lobby was clean and open, staff were friendly and welcoming, easy check in, rooms were clean and spacious, great shower temp/pressure, free travel hand sanitizer in the lobby. Hot breakfast to go was great! They provide a sheet at check in with all the different food options to submit at front desk, and then when you leave they have it all packed up and ready to go for you! Bacon, eggs, pancakes, fruit, muffin, coffee, juice, bagels, toast. Everything you could ask for really, packed up all nice and tidy, easy to take and eat on the road. This place was awesome, will be staying again in the future. Will be even better post renovations and once the pool and gym reopen!

staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was more extensive than I would have expected. property is doing some upgrades, overall very pleased.

I was there for work and the desk chair was really not very good.
