Staff was extremely accommodating / cheerful /helpful. Witnessed extra attention to spot cleaning to keep New exceptionally clean hotel up to high standard. Every single employee we encountered greeted us with a smile, encouraged us to identify if we needed any assistance was all very welcoming
Parking lots are always a challenge in Winnipeg winters lot could have had more of the ice ridges and snow banks hauled away (petty, I know haha tried to think of something)

Beautiful, modern hotel located next to shopping center. Large, spacious rooms. Staff friendly. Great gym, would stay again.
Clean... but not very clean. The hotel carpet looked stained and dingy in the hallway, leading to room. Stains on matress pad. Sink drain in bathroom broken. In the hotels defense, just went under sink and pushed up the sink plug so it would drain. Didn't tell them until I was leaving. I'm sure they would have fixed it.

The mix up with payment. Booking and Wyndham not on the same page, hence I paid twice. Booking charged my credit card but did not release funds to wyndham and i paid using debit. I am hopeful Booking will reimburse my visa.

Generally it's a new hotel, all finishes are fresh, new furniture etc. Breakfast was really good: big selection that would suit anyone. It's fairly quiet.
The scenery is really sad. There's no bar at the hotel. I found pillows very uncomfortable (too high and not soft enough).
