Holiday Inn Winnipeg - Airport West, an IHG Hotel

the toiletries in dispensers were a resourceful and environmentally friendly the building had several fire safe features - the stair cases, the balconies, the suite was large, spacious and I loved the large table for six to have a family meal really enjoyed the fish tanks in the elevators (except for the dead fish in one of them, oops) room service meal was quick, efficient and delicious laundry room was clean and sufficient. (wish there was a change machine in the room)

only limited options for gluten free/celiac breakfast. just a suggestion, maybe add a hot chocolate for the Keurig machines in room,

The amenities and free breakfast with an actual hot breakfast were amazing. The location was great. Our kids loved the play park and pool. Loved the size of the fridge and having a microwave in the room.

The beds were not that comfy for me. We only had 3 towels in our room when there were 4 of us, which I thought was odd. Also, the rules for kids eating free should be 12 and under not 11 and under. My kids can't eat an adult breakfast, and it's a waste of food. My 12 year old ate off the kid menu anyway.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the that their is a climbing structure for kids and mom and dad can spend time in the pool and hot tub while still being able to supervise the kids

Next time I will ask for a room that has a window to the outside, our window was facing the indoor pool and when you looked out the first thing you see is a massive head from the play structure that can be creepy at night. I found the room was hot no matter how much we tried to cool it off. We even turned the heat off and the air on but it wasn't cool

Breakfast is great! Waitress are accomodating! Great location for our tour , very accessible to the zoo.Very clean , except for the carpet, look old & stained. We loved the bathroom & shower room…Bed is comfortable & pillows , very relaxing …needed a new tv , looks old, picture is not clear.We love the swimming pool, hot tub …kids friendly, guess their main attraction & very safe for the kids…the sliding cabinet in the washroom needs a stopper coz it cause accident if you are not careful in closing this cabinet!!!however , we like this hotel…i recommend to family esp.with small kids!!

Our kids enjoyed the play structure and the pool.

We understand that the pool area has to be cleaned twice a day due to COVID protocols. However with your check in only being at 4:00 and the pool closing at 5 for cleaning this is very disappointing. Either adjust the time of your check in, make it an hour earlier or adjust the time of cleaning before guests check in. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast. We found the quality of food and the presentation of the food was very poor. Honestly the meal was definitely not restaurant quality. We wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again.

we enjoyed staying at the hotel, the beds were comfortable right down to the pillows and blankets that didn’t make you too hot during the night. the play land and the pool were nice for my kids. they even loved the elevator because of the little fish in the tanks.

the only thing I didn’t like was that someone had went through the box of our truck while in the underground parking.. we could not close our tunnel cover and so we had parked in the underground parking to avoid stolen or damage items since you needed the key card to get down there. Not the properties fault though as they cannot control what their guests do outside of the building.

A very nice and seemingly recently renovated hotel with lots of parking, conveniently situated on Portage Avenue not far from Grace Hospital. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a terrific bathroom layout. Would stay again if visiting town.

Breakfast is not included with the room, which is fine, although I don't recommend buying breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. We had one breakfast there and it was mediocre at best. There are lots of other options around -- try one of them. Our air conditioner didn't work, although that was quickly repaired and not a lasting problem.

The service and staff were exceptional. We ate breakfast in the restaurant daily. Great Breakfast selections on the menu. The portions were good and the food was great. We did have dinner in the lounge the evening before we left all menu items ordered was enjoyed by all. Also the children ate for free. That was an unexpected surprise. We were 4 adults and 3 children

We were pleased with the property No complaints at all.

The breakfast was really good, the staff was very accommodating and helped resolve an issue I had with mixing up my booking dates. The play center was phenomenal, our son loved it. The pool is nice as well! We'll definitely be booking there again when we come back! Also beds were comfy and the room was clean!!

Hotel was great, kids loved the suite. The pirate play land was super for the kids. The pool area was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the kitchenette with plates, cups etc.

Was disappointed we couldn’t order a movie and was stuck with what was on cable. A smart TV with Netflix would have been nice. More vending machines. The cot we ordered was very sunk in in the middle. The pocket door to the bathroom didn’t fully close. The pool area could use some texture. It was very slick. A little girl fell down the stairs and hit her head and back. Some mold in the shower on the caulking. Not much for soaps / shampoos. Windows were quite dirty on the outside.
