I like the fact that the staff address an issue right away if there is a problem they made it right a 100% they give holy all they can I had a great day the people here were beautiful lovely staff and lovely owner

The 1st night I stayed it was not the hotel's fault but it's Christmas time and they had a big Christmas party right beside the room I had rented but the company here made it right for me the next day they gave me a beautiful large size room with a separate bedroom a nicer accommodation that I even blocked they were a 100% helpful and felt sorry for what happened but it was out of their hands due to company party I want to save them from the bottom of my heart for making it right

There’s not much about this property that I don’t like. Room is small but very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, great parking for big, small and rvs or towing vehicles. restaurant onsite that is ok. Let’s talk about the pool- Amazing! most pools in Canadian hotels are cold and unwelcoming but this one is perfection. great for kids and adults. staff are excellent here too. make sure you use booking.com for a reservation, we got a $75 discount on a same day room. Defo one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Canada thus far! only thing that would make this better is a free breakfast but we can’t have everything we want now can we 😊

room a little small

From a three year old girl's opinion - from comfortably being able to watch TV while on bed (we limit her screen time. 😇) to enjoying the warm waterpark water, spending time in a hotel with us, having buffet breakfast at Aaltos where she had bacon, muffin, pineapple, fruit loops, pancake and a cup of milk, she said "Mom, i love it love it love it!" Her sweet innocence made me appreciate family time more. It doesn't have to be extravagant for her. Simple things such as cuddling in bed while watching TV and sliding down the waterslide made her so happy. The staff are amazing! Cody tried his best to accomodate our request and we appreciate it so much. Aaltos staff are superb. They were very attentive and both them and Cody did a very unexpected gesture for my birthday. It made my day.

A couple things we noticed as soon as we entered the room was the musty smell of maybe swim clothes. And the carpet leaves a sticky feel on my feet as if it is damp with something sticky.

Wheelchair accessible room, Bathroom was not accessible. First door to bathroom opened the wrong way for wheelchair users. it opened in so the door could not be closed once wheelchair was in. The shower had no handheld shower head, When you can’t stand you can’t reach the shower head to adjust water. almost impossible to wash up when the water dosent come near you. also the door peephole was not at wheelchair height so when anyone knocked at door I couldn’t see who I was letting in VERY DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE.

Rooms were clean and spacious, my kids loved the pool and water slide, but the pool could used a bit of updating as its age was showing.

Common areas were very outdated, area was odd as one side was industrial and the other, low income housing. Not surprisingly there were 2 bars and liquor store attached to the facility...

the beds were really comfy. there is an air conditioner with a remote control on the wall that’s nice. big tv is nice. private and secure facilities. parking in front. good location. staff were nice.

lobby/entrance/restaurant areas are dated and need a renovation. rooms were pretty good however must have allowed smoking in the past as I could smell smoke at times around the entrance and bathroom. I ran the fan to lessen the smell.

I have two small babies (1 and 3 years old) they both loved this hotel! The rooms are comfy and clean, with a tv, mini fridge for fruit/water/milk, there is also a bath tub for bubble baths! There is a pool with a slide, a jacuzzi, and a little kiddie pool just for the little ones!! It’s close to some great shopping and entertainment areas in Winnipeg as well. There is also a ramp for strollers/wagons leading right to the rooms! The staff is super friendly and understanding towards the needs of small ones! The hotel concierge didn’t mind that I stepped away from the desk during checkout to tend to my baby and even encouraged it. Checkout was super fast! Really loved staying here with my kiddos and we will definitely be back!❤️

This is a great hotel with really amazing and friendly staff. I especially felt very welcomed by the front desk staff. Chris and his female partner ( can't remember her name but she was a new employee with red curly hair) they were both extremely friendly and helpful. I love that the hotel has a waterslide and its is a really fun water slide. The casino and the food were great as well. Our room was clean and we had a great sleep. Front desk staff especially Chris helped us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and will most definitely go back soon. My 8 year old son absolutely loved it as well.

The pool was shut down a few times for maintenance and the hot tub was luke warm never Hot.

Simon and Justin at the front desk are always very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond what I needed for help and it was really appreciated.

It was an extremely busy weekend, maybe the maids were a bit understaffed but it was hard to get pool towels or your garbage taken out, which is completely understandable seeing that the hotel was full for the first time in a while.

Very convenient location, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Unfortunately We had the room beside the access door which was disruptive with people coming in and out. Otherwise it was very quiet.
