Travelodge by Wyndham Dawson Creek

The staff are extremely friendly. Facilities are exceptional. Large rooms, full apartment size fridge as opposed to a tiny bar fridge that doesn't hold enough. Raphael (sp) was calling to ask how our room was, even as we were unloading. Was very receptive to all questions. The restaurant, Sam's, is amazing! True and authentic Filipino cuisine. We arrived under an hour before closing, weary from the road, and we were greeted with the most friendly and attentive staff and service.

The tub has a very slow drain, could use a good snake scrub.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were in a perfect room. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The free breakfast in the next door restaurant was excellent. The hotel has plenty of free parking and it is a short walk to the town. I would certainly stay here again.

A minor point but the lighting in the room (in common with most Canadian hotels it appears!) is rather poor.

Maggie and Rafeal were very accommodating. Maggie supplied us with extra items to help with our mobility issues. The room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly which was important to us. Good place to stay and very reasonable rates. I will stay here again when I come back to Dawson Creek.

Bathroom shower didn’t work.

Location was great. Room was very good. Lady at the front desk was awesome. The restaurant Sams Place was very good. Breakfast was made to order. All around hood spot for the money

The room was big and had a full size fridge. Very clean but just a touch outdated

I had the breakfast that's included with the stay. There were great options that give a full breakfast, and still within COVID safety restrictions. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. LOVED that on arrival they give you a bag of cookies, bottle of water and a little roll of doggy bags for my pooch clean-up. That was so thoughtful for me, and them lol

The bridge construction is right next to it, which is mildly inconvenient for right now, but not the end of the world.

Directly located to the food store, restaurants and gas stations - staff was very friendly and helpful - facilities are a little bit old but it was very clean and for the price absolutly ok - good breakfast in the hotel restaurant is included

Although we had a room in the back and couldn’t here the traffic of the highway, it was a little bit loud because the air con of other rooms are also a little bit old and very loud which you can hear all night

The restaurant that is in the same building was very good and the staff was very nice.

The parking lot was a bit challenging for me because I was pulling a trailer and the road construction added to the difficulty. This was not the fault of the facility or staff just something to consider it your pulling a trailer.

The people who run this hotel are wonderful -- they treat you immediately like family (and in a good way)! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. While there was construction taking place on the bridge, we didn't hear any of that. The free breakfast was excellent!

Not a dislike, but just a recommendation to add some trees / foliage around the rooms as it would make it look more appealing from the outside.

The staff were exceptional in there attention to detail and polite, professional (and friendly) attitude. The rooms were perfect, clean, and spacious. The location was great.

There was really nothing I could complain about.
