Nonsmoking property throughout. Great staff with a positive, helpful and cheerful attitude. Bed was very comfortable and very clean. Room was maintained spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Hearty buffet breakfast every morning. No food mess, any spills wiped up promptly. Enough food to last you til suppertime. Great location right across the street from Walmart if you needed anything you forgot to bring from home or wanted to buy any snacks. :-)

The lady at reception was friendly and accommodating. I requested a quiet room and she made it happen, no problem. The room was very clean. Breakfast was better than at other hotel chains I've stayed at. It's nice when they offer actual cream to go with your coffee instead of just that fake creamer powder. Windows open so you can get a bit of fresh air if you're into that.

I found the pillows a bit lumpy, but, uncomfortable pillows seem to be the default at most hotels...

Check-in was easy and the lady at the counter was friendly. They do charge a CA$200 security hold when you check-in just so that doesn’t catch anyone off guard. The locations is great and right across from a Walmart. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is great.

Cosmetically it needs to touch up in the rooms but other than that nothing else.

I’ve stayed here before and it was the same each time, the staff are the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful people of pretty much any place I’ve stayed. They go out of their way to greet you and make sure that you are comfortable.

If I’m being super picky, the omelettes in the breakfast room weren’t the best, but otherwise it was great!

Very pleasant and personable staff. Very clean, well lit and well stocked room. Neat idea of a clean rag in the room to use for whatever you need... clean up a spill, wipe off your shoes, clean up a mess in your vehicle, etc. Easy to use breakfast pickup. Spacious room. Enjoyed our stay.

Carpet in the room was getting worn but definitely not terrible. Did not affect the comfort and enjoyment of our stay

I liked the quick check in, the service by staff and the proximity to the events center. I liked that the hotel bed had a little towel elephant on it !

The shower could have been better, the temperature was very inconsistent and fluctuated often. I didn’t like the parking lot, it felt very tight and crowded.

It was quite and clean

I would like to see bigger towels as we could not even get them wrapped around my body. I am not a big person but it would not go all the way around my bottom half or top half

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Easy 25 min walk from the airport, close to other amenities.

Flimsy plastic utensils for the continental breakfast. They provide ceramic plates, why not re metal cutlery?

Room is well cleaned and everything is tidy. The hot breakfast exceeds our expectations- hotel went above and beyond continental breakfast. Staff is accommodating and welcoming.

A little bit pricey but the demand was higher during this season and with the ongoing event in the area.

Breakfast was fine. It’s difficult with Covid protocols, but I appreciate the extra precautions overall.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was a bit hard. But I think that falls into personal preference, so not a terribly big issue.
