The staff are all excellent and go above and beyond. Without them, this place would not be worth a stay. The location is very good too.

The breakfast is of terrible quality and often the scrambled eggs have been left out a while and are cold. The gym looks like it’s been through a war zone. The towels are often not replaced and housekeeping don’t do the best job at cleaning.

very clean, the room was always flawless. one point to improve, the speed, apparently cleaning services are not always available.

it’s an old building, the wallpaper is terrifying, both dirty and 80’s. compared to the cleanliness of the room, it doesnt add up! it’s close to an airport, and windows are not sound proof, 6am and noise non stop

The staff was really nice and helpful, most of all the girls at the front desk. Always willing to help and keen to find solutions. I really appreciated that even though I don’t speak Portuguese, they made an effort to speak en English and/or Spanish so we could understand each other. The hotel is very well located, I would say that it’s at one of the best zones in São Paulo and the cost is good. Overall it was a great stay.

The location is great. There are many shops and restaurants to visit. If you stayed for a week and went to each restaurant within two blocks, you wouldn’t eat at the same place twice. It’s also located on a one way street with a perpendicular intersection that allows easy access in and out, and there is never a traffic jam out front. The size of the room is perfect. There is enough room not to feel like you’re in a closet. The breakfast is very fresh with great variety of different food and plenty of fruits and proteins as well. All staff members at the facility were pleasant to work with. Most of them also speak English which was great because my Portuguese is not the best.

the facilities were a little dated, but we had no problems with any items.

it was great. the room was good, it was clean and comfortable also spacious. I was working in the day and the wifi was great. Also the location was good close by many restaurants and bars.

housekeeping the cleanliness and towel guality. the linen were all stained. even after he sheets were new there were stains on the white sheets.

It is my hotel since 10 years during my business trip ...I never change because it 's very good

Occasionally too noisy .One night in the next building a night party until 9:00 a.m didn't allow me to sleep!!!

The staff was so nice! They are always available to help, but more than that they show genuine happiness to receive you.

The breakfast was so good but I would love to have more options.
