Room was fairly compact but very well designed. Very quiet room, free parking and good Wi-Fi. A little way out from the town centre but that was not a problem for us. Had a fridge, kettle and safe. Wish all hotel rooms were as well thought out as this one.

The staff were caught out by nearly everyone trying to get breakfast at 09:30 during the holiday period. It was very busy and not enough seating. Probably ok rest of the time but only went for breakfast the first day.

I made a big mistake with my reservations at booking.com. After check in everything was confused and i was not able to explain or to fix this. The Manager and the stuff at reception take care for it and fixed it...we talk about 4000 Euro and at the end i get a fair and fine solution. Staying for a long time...a collegue was infected by covid and i ask for support to get 30 Testkits. Next day they were available at reception! Realy fine housekeeping, nice room, good bed and everyone was pretty friendly. Easy to reach over motorway. High class Hotel!!!!!

I think that 18 Euro for breakfast ist much to high....but it is quite good. Belgium is expensive at food.

Exceptional and friendly staff. They went beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations. Well done super staff! We left our passports in the safe and they looked after them and returned them. They were so accommodating with requests. Very very clean rooms, we had 2 rooms. Beautiful decor. Really great range of selection at breakfast. Would definitely use again when passing through Belgium 🇧🇪.

The room was good and quite, and it was clean, the location was exactly where I needed to be.

I didn't like that there is no iron inside each room, you need to call the reception to reserve one and it is upon availability, in my case the first day there was no available iron and I had to attend the business event with a non ironed cloth

Automatic lights in the gym - sensors aren't close to the treadmills so when i was running on the treadmill, the room went pitch black after 15 minutes as no one else had entered or triggered the sensor

A very professionel hotel that offers you almost everything you need for business travelling. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfeast and a restaurant on-site.

Very narrow parkinglots in the basement.

Good breakfast comfy bed and my room was very quiet. Plenty of free parking.

Rooms although clean and modern were a little on the small side for a hotel of this standard. Although the shower area was generous the rest of the bathroom was a little small.

Menu carte was online (probably good for Covid measures).

Comfortable, modern room. Good breakfast. Free parking. Good staff at reception for check-in/check-out.

Restaurant / bar staff in the evening seemed very overworked - too few for too many customers - resulting in slow & rushed service.
