there is a smoking space but the ventilation is poor and as a result smoke and the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the lobby and bar area all the time. this is not good

Good point on the route to reach channel ferries and tunnel. There was amazing bird fair in the town center of Sunday, so highly recommend if you have children.
App booking system caused me some issue as being on the road I could not book a place for a dog in the proper manner.

The reception door wasn't closed at night and there was sleeping someone in the lobby. The rooms are rather noisy.

Hotel is close to the centre of Mol which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Garage facilities available at a reasonable 10 Euros per night.
Room would have been too small for two people but OK for one.
