I liked everything. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was so clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you. The shower was powerful and hot. The bed and pillows comfortable. They provided a fan as we stayed during the heatwave but the way the room was positioned we were able to keep relatively cool. When it got too hot we used the basement which was very cool - lovely!

The closer on the door next door was severe and the inconsiderate neighbours never held the door to shut it. Maybe adjust so that it closes quieter but not really a huge issue.

The best stay in Bruges - in reality the hotel looks even better than in photos! Very spacious, bright and authentic. The staff deserves separate praise - they were amazing. They also recommended a few places to visit and were very helpful throughout. Amazing breakfast in the beautiful surroundings and wide range of produce. Not in the very city centre, which is good since it is easy to avoid the tourists, but still 5 min away from the main sites - you can see both inside and outside in the life of locals. 11 out of 10!

I would say that the property is a little bit far from the train station- but this is absolutely irrelevant since there are many ways to get around. Also do not think you can walk there if you have lots of luggage!! (Even if you do it will be one of the best walks in your life)

We had a lovely experience the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were warmly greeted and they were already expecting us. The view from the room was so cute facing the canal directly. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials and was very tasty. We were given local recommendations and a map which was awesome! The check in staff were very very lovely. The location was ideal and very close to the center which was helpful. The best part of the stay were the complimentary hotel bikes we were able to use all around the city. Definitely a game changer.

It's a shame the parking was charged on top of the booking. I understand its the norm for all hotels in the area however if that was included in the price it would have been a 10 for me.

Nathalie was very friendly and efficient with check in. She provided very clear information about restaurants and sites to see, and her choices were perfect. I typically don't mind stairs but have a knee injury and was very relieved to find a lift we could use. Our room was comfortable and clean, and heating/ventilation worked well. The breakfast looked amazing with plenty of choices but we didn't use it due to our schedule.

There was no shower stall but the bathtub with handheld shower head was easy to use and turned out to be a wonderful place to relax at the end of a long sightseeing day.

The location is on the outskirts, but an easy 20 minute walk to the market square, Away from touristy area. Wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby. Host had several local recommendations. The bikes to borrow were fantastic and in great working order. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING. Appreciate the heavy curtains to block the light.

The screen was falling out of our window. If you have small kids I would worry about them falling out the very large window. There was some traffic noise? I truly have no complaints, I'm really reaching here, there really was nothing wrong.

The hotel is very charming in a more traditional style, facing a canal and located in 3 old houses. The interior architecture retains many original features, including an old fireplace nook in the dining area, light fixtures and windows. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I liked the little chocolates everywhere for Easter. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. The staff were smiling and kind and helped me with my taxi. The location is an easy walk from the Jan Van Eyck square ( the free bus stops here) and so peaceful and restful after the busy bustle of the town centre. It's a very picturesque area! I had a bath with a shower hose attachment in my room, this suited me but other people may prefer a standing shower.

The room was a little cold at night but it's April, so ...

Rooms are great size for Europe (most standard rooms I experienced in Europe before were very small). We had an awesome view to a bridge and channel. Breakfast is really good, everything you need to get full and all fresh. Location is great too. Not on the those crowded streets but at the same time only 5 minute walk from the very center. And the bus from railway station stops right at the opposite side of the hotel. One of the best examples of small boutique-style hotels with very polite and helpful and amazing staff, definitely feels like home.

The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk from the touristy centre of Bruges. The room was very comfortable, clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. The host Natalie noticed we had arrived on a motorbike and was quick to allow us to park the bike in a secure courtyard within the hotel grounds. This gave us complete peace of mind to enjoy our trip knowing the bike was safe. A great hotel, with friendly staff which we have thoroughly recommended to our friends and family.

Nothing, all was brilliant.

They were very helpful for everything when we first came for check-in the man told us everything about Brugge he recommend us good breakfast places and bars :) Hotels location was very good. 6-8 minute walk to market square and burg square. We did not make breakfast in the hotel but we see the breakfast when they were preparing. It was very good. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotels view is very good and romantic it was what it is in the pictures. Room was very quiet in nights. Also room was very big for two people we stayed in normal room. I can really easily recommend this place to you. If I come to Bruges again, I will definitely come here.

Just the toilet :) Because toilet and sink was in the different rooms :D I think most of Europe is like this :) But it is not for us :) Not for our culture :)

The hotel is located on the canals and very near to the city center, just a couple of minutes of walking. You can walk around during the day, go rest in the hotel and then at night go for e beer in some of the near pubs. The room is very authentic and kept its old look, which I really liked. Also, the whole hotel is authentic, and it's very clean so you have nothing to worry about. The staff is really nice and friendly, they gave us all the necessary information for us to be able to enjoy our stay in Bruges. The breakfast is really nice and fresh.
