Swan Executive Suites

Spacious Apartment. its a fully equipped apartment with all utilities u need. Recommended for long stay especially when you havr a large family member. Dont expect this to be a hotel like facilities with restaurants etc, but it is convinient enough since supermarket and shops are close enough to reach.

Parking space can probably be improved

perfect for us as an overnight stay. we were not planning on using any facilities like a pool. Great space and value for money. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. comfy bed and linen was clean.

It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. A little more attention to this would make it an excellent place to stay. Hairs found in bathroom and carpets not well hoovered.

Excellent Location. Clean & Big Rooms. Modern Styling. Comfortable Beds. Ample Parking. Good Staff. Family Friendly. My family had a great time.

We could do with more trash bins in the rooms. Also it would be nice if the reception staff stopped asking your room number every time you pass by the reception.

The apartment was very big, nicely designed, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The wi-fi signal was very strong and we even had Netflix access :) The fitness center on the 14th floor had an awesome skyscrapers and sea view :) We were able to check out later (around 3PM) which was super convenient, as our flight was in the evening. Fantastic place and great stay! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the dishes in the cupboards were dirty - it looked like someone instead of washing them put them dirty to the cupboards :( But the very kind receptionist offered someone to clean it up right away and provided washing detergent and sponge, so we could have it for the rest of the stay :)

It was clean. Service was marvelous especially the maintenance guy was available on a single call. Top floor had pool, suana, steam room and gym. Each room had it's own router placed in the living room which was very convenient as normally hotels place it in the corridor. Kitchen had all the essentials.

It had very few electric points. I prefer putting my phone on the charge while I lie down in my bed. There were side lamps but that wiring was hidden inside a wooden head board. So I had to use extension cords.

Spacious nicely decorated and carpeted apartments. Very clean and well appointed. Fully equipped kitchens.

No wifi at rooftop pool. Rooftop pool needs maintainance. Loose and missing tiles. This is a safety hazard. One of my party cut themselves. Definately not suitable for small children.

Prime location, well maintained suites and equipped with everything that you need for a great experience. Helpful staff, many thanks for receptionist for the fast check in & out as well as for the sweet hospitality. You are the 'BEST'

Small details need to be improved, the water pressure at the restroom was low. Other than that my night was enjoyable. Thank you Swan Executive.

cleanliness of the property

the breakfast, because the restaurant was under maintenance the food was brought to the suite but the choose was limited

Bad Breakfast, no possible way to clean dishes and no room cleaning.
