What a stay! I was impressed by how polite and effective were two members of the staff, Denis and Hamad, in accommodating every request - very well done guys!! Also, they organized for me a transfer to Dammam airport, which could be a logistic nightmare given the crossing of the border. Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Definitely recommended

Exceptional customer service. Great location for the centre. Ideal car parking, and the food in the vegetarian Indian menu option in the Teatro Restaurant was delicious - compliments to the chef for the cashew nut korma, rice and poppadoms.

Being from England and enjoying milk in our tea, we felt that just 2 small milks were too few. I did, however, get great customer service when I asked for almond and soya milk in a jug (on separate occasions) as we do not drink cow's milk. Due to the inter-connecting door in our room 1103, guests arrived two or three nights before we left, and we were disturbed by noise from the room.

Room, bed, furniture and the bathroom was very clean and this what matters to me, also quite for a good night sleep, bed was comfy. The reception were quick and professional in completing my accommodation and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr Hussain. The food In my opinion was not that good as I rate it 3 out of 10, I did not order a main course it was only appetizers, bread was cold and I belive it dose not stand to the hotel reputation. As to the location, keep in mind that is in busy area. It won't be my 1st choice in the future as I believe the price for one njght was a bit high.

Really central location in the heart of Bahrain, only a couple of streets away from the bustling souq area. The rooms are fairly large and everything is quite modern. The hotel also has a nice pool and large gym. A highlight of this hotel is the fabulous breakfast which features bacon and pork sausages! As a bonus, during Christmas time there was a large tree with decorations in the lobby area which is a lovely touch. The reception was kind enough to accommodate a late check out which assists greatly if your flight is in the evening.

No major issues, but the free WiFi speed is fairly slow, although faster packages can be purchased.

The room has everything you need, complimentary water, coffee and tea. The bathroom is clean with a wide shower area, fully equipped with all the toiletries, we liked the rain shower. was great with a large space, comfortable furniture. The location was perfect and close to all shops and restaurants

On our first night i guess there was a private party of some sort on the floor below us with the music blasting. called the reception told us they'd take care of it but nothing did actually happen. slept through it .

We loved the view to the west from the room on the 23rd floor. The room and bathroom are spaceous. The hotel is at 200m from the Manama (Gold) souq and at only 45 min walking from Bahrain City Centre mall or 30 min from The Avenues. Rooms are very clean and we found the double beds to be comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and the friendly staff did a great job in serving the drinks and preparing the hot meals. The pool, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi are great. Don’t be scared off by the exceptionally negative reviews you read here. For European standards this is a very good hotel, just what you would expect in the 125 to 150€ price range. Also, we liked the Lounge on the 24th floor, where you can eat some small snacks and have complementary drinks. A recommended upgrade.

We had to disconnect the power cable from the TV as it kept turning on by itself after having turned it off multiple times. Also, the music from the Alto bar on the 25th floor can be heard until 2 am, so either ask for a lower floor or a room on the east side of the hotel, if you find this annoying.

The only downside was the car park, which was very narrow and difficult to drive through, especially if you have a big car.

1- The service and the staff professionalism is beyond expectations. The staff is extremely professional and they will honor your requests beyond expectations. 2- The breakfast is amazing especially the fresh juices available for you to choose with variety. 3- The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, excellent amenities and excellent views of the city 4- The location is at the heart of Manama, 5mins drive from City Centre, walking distance from Gate of Bahrain, fast food restaurants close by and 10mins from other places.

The hotel was exceptional. Having said that, there are always something to improve to continue to be the best: 1- The price of the hotel need to be reconsidered 2- The swimming pool area can improve with some outside lighting and make it lively
