Park Inn by Radisson Linz

The room size was amazing. Two bathrooms and a large comfortable bed, 2 tv's was great and I loved the view from the balcony in the Junior Suite. Located close to a park and public transport. Used Linz as a hub to get to Mauthausen Concentration Camp and Cesky Krumlov. The facilities and breakfast at the hotel were second to none and will stay here again the next time I pass through Linz.

Staff at the front counter seemed distractracted and staff in the breakfast room were a bit grumpy. They were all efficent mostly but I wouldn't say helpful. Wanted to eat in the restaurant which was nearly empty. Sign says to wait before sitting down, I did so for nearly 20 minutes and no one in sight to assist.

The location was perfect, close to everything you could possibly need. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast could be a bit better, quite disappointing compared to other Park Inn hotels - the hot choices were greasy and flavorless, the overall selection was very limited and the only cake available was dry and tasted like nothing. The constant emails and Whatsapp messages need to stop, no one needs to be harassed 3x a day about the various upgrades available on all possible communication channels.

It is a good hotel with good-natured and attentive staff. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, omelette, sausages, vegetables. The hotel is located close to the city centre. Breakfast is in a lovely courtyard outside the hotel. Very nice we were given a voucher for one free drink on the bar. In general, the hotel is nice, I recommend it!

Need to replace shampoo, shower gel dispensers in hotel rooms. Because the dispensers are difficult to press. It is, of course, a small thing. But considering how the hotel and all the nuances are looked after, it is an important little thing that can spoil the impression of the bathroom.

Everything was OK. The hotel is in an excellent location with a view of the city and the park from the east side. There is a large parking lot for hotel guests under the hotel. From the parking lot, enter the elevator that takes you to the hotel room. In front of the hotel is the starting station of the trolleybus as well as the bus station. Although it is located in the center, 100 meters from the main promenade, it is really quiet.

The terrace is really big, but it doesn't have any canopy. So it is possible to enjoy the terrace only when it is not raining and the sun is not strong. They could at least build a small roof over the sitting table with tinted glass. Such a canopy would fit in with the glass railing on the terrace.

Great location! 10 minute walk to main square and easily accessible from main train station. Staff was very friendly! Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large selection and outside terrace was great for breakfast including all the little birds that joined me for breakfast 😊

Milk for coffee in the room was spoiled. Even though I did need it I noticed that the shower gel dispenser was broken. Bathroom sink plug is broken so I had to remove it otherwise water fills up. Too bad the cafe doesn’t open until 16:00, also I sat outside the first day at about 19:00 but even after 2 cigarettes no one came to take my order so I lest (self service?) For a one nights stay all this can be overlooked but for longer maybe not so much

large hotel, between train station and town center, with parking garage attached to it (18 euros per day). Our room was large, with nice terrace and coffee/tea making facilities. Hotel crowd was mixed between conferences and punk festival and we loved it.

we got wheel-chair friendly room so I don't know if this relates to other rooms, but there was no enough storage facilities, just several hangers and some tiny shelves although the room was large enough to add some more furniture and to still keep it functional.

A great hotel well situated in linz for walking to sights or business areas , 8 mins by foot from train station good tram/ bus connections. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as good shopping for food and clothes. Hotel room was superb double glazing kept all road noise out and air conditioning was quiet and efficient after 37d heat outside. Room was well stocked with kettle ( no fridge) water , and decent bathroom products. Bed / bedding / very clean and very comfortable . Breakfast was except plenty of variety. Staff were all super ,

I Personally didn’t like the little step into the bathroom but wound not stop us from rebooking a stay here

This was probably the most "typical" hotel room we stayed at on our trip. It was nice. We sat in bar area for a little bit. We had a great dinner at an Italian restaurant that was pretty much next door.

I checked the book in the room and it stated breakfast was included and my daughter who had stayed there in the past had said it was. We went down and the person asked us for our room number (she didn't speak English) and wrote it down but didn't check it against anything. We realized when we went back upstairs that we had given her the wrong room number by 1 so on our way to check out, I went back to the restaurant to give her the correct room number. Turns out my honesty cost us as breakfast was NOT included in our booking.com room price and they added it to the charges. We would not have eaten there if we had known that as we don't consume that much breakfast.

the room with balcony is spacious. it’s comfortable. comfortable beds. garage is perfect, but you need to set your gps otherwise it sends you to to the main entrance. good breakfast (a pity there’s no choice of sweets) there was the kettle with tea and coffee everyday; water is provided daily, too.

nothing to complain about. it’s our second time there and we would certainly go back! some customers did not use the mask at breakfast. the receptionist was sorry and she made us understand that it might happen.

Great hotel, above expectations, rooms very clean, quiet, beds very comfortable, super great stuff and super ready to help. I want to especially thank to the young girl (I didn't get her name) who was on duty on Friday night, 26th of Aug, for offering us a very quiet room and also to Anna, who, in the morning when we checked-out, who was also super kind and helped us with some others info. A very big plus for the parking under the hotel!

Nothing to complain! Everything went absolutely perfect!
