Arcadian Bed & Breakfast

Really sweet and friendly hosts! Jeffrey and Jenny were very accommodating, making hot breakfast for us every morning, and Jeffrey is always happy to share travel tips, good spots to visit and eat. There's a lot of food options within 5 mins drive if you have a car - or if not, this is right behind the train station to get into Perth CBD. Since this is located in the Perth suburbs it's nice and quiet, and room had plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed my stay here, I wasn't expecting it to be so homely which was a pleasant surprise!

The breakfast was nice, perhaps it might be a good idea to check out guests food likes and dislikes to cater on a more personal level. Jeffery was a lovely host, who went above to help you during your stay. Very knowledgeable about the area too, gave many good recommendations of places to visit. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of off street parking as well as great access to public transport.

The bed was quite hard and the pillows very flat/uncomfortable. It would be nice if there was somewhere outdoors, off the rooms to be able to sit and enjoy the weather, read a book etc..

We stayed at the Arcadian bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it was lovely. Jeffrey is the sweetest. He welcomes you in his house and makes you feel at home. Every morning he made sure to cook us a different breakfast and suggested us some places to visit that turned out to be amazing. The room had everything we needed if not more and was comfortable in every way. In front of the bed and breakfast there's plenty of space to park the car and in the back there's a gate that allows you to reach the station in a couple of minutes. Definitely recommended! From the moment Geoffrey opened the door till we left, it felt like a home away from home. Geoff not only had a continental breakfast supplied for us but also cooked something different each day. His personality and attention to us was so comforting. On our last day he made breakfast early for us so we could have something before we went to the airport for an early flight. Unfortunately his wife had just had an operation so we only saw her briefly but she was also such a beautiful person. Nothing was a problem for them and if we needed anything we only had to ask. Would highly recommend his BNB. Will definitely be booking with him again. Thanks Sue & Frank

Arcadian Guest House is fabulous. Hosts Jeffrey and Jenny are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. Jeffrey is Mr. Nice Guy! I enjoyed our chats over breakfast in their nice big kitchen each morning. The double room with en suite bathroom I stayed in was spacious, clean, and superb. Breakfast in the morning offers a variety of hot and cold options and is superb. This large house is nicely designed, feels very homely and is tucked away in a quiet middle class neighbourhood, but the train station to the city is right out back (<5 mins walk and train 15 mins to city). There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. I feel very lucky to have found this place to stay, and I now know that I have a place to stay whenever I am in Perth. I have stayed in many many places all over the world, and this was one of the best. I highly recommend this guest house for any serious travellers who are staying in Perth for a few days, or even longer term. It is fantastic, and both Jeffrey and Jenny are doing a fine job and are very professional in managing the house. Until next time, thank you Jeffrey and Jenny.

I have no complaints, everything was very good.

Jeffrey was a delightful host and went to every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Very close to a train station and a shopping center within walking distance. We mainly used Ubers to get around, I would recommend getting a rental to get around Perth, and there's parking available on site!

I didn't understand that the accommodation was one big property and not separate units. But the room was locked and noise wasn't an issue!

Excellent stay whilst visiting family. Rooms clean and comfortable. Jeffrey and Jenny made us feel at home. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with a cooked special each day (waffle, toastie, French toast,raisin toast). Very convenient for metro into the city.

Not overly keen on tea and coffee in room but that is the same for most places.

Jeffrey and his wife are extremely lovely and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable Jeff cooked a great breakfast, each morning was different On the doorstep of the train station, 20 mins to the city centre Parking infront of the property

Would have given a 10 but upon checking out, Jeff charged us 5 dollars for a "stained" face towel

Jeffrey and Jenny were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was always sumptuous with Jeffrey adding his little surprises daily. Another bonus is the train station which is accessible just outside his back door, yet there is no sound from trains or vehicles reaching inside to disturb the guests. Jeffrey is always full of advice and guidance about things to do around the area. Feels like a home away from home.

Jeffrey was so incredibly friendly, it was a delight staying at Arcadian. The breakfast was excellent and something different every day, and the conversation was always enjoyable!

My friend is a light sleeper and found that she could hear the other guests as they came and went, however as a somewhat heavier sleeper, this didn't bother me at all.
