The car park was separate to park and was $35 a day and a little distance ,as over the road was closer and was $28 Also why wouldn’t they have a car park being a big building . . The bar snacks where cold and the calamari was no good cheap stuff . Just charge me more or smaller size. My stay was great ! I would not normally complain but when you pay good money to stay there it upsets you when you don’t know about the car park till u get there as well as the security deposit . Oh and the smell of some fragrance at the foyer was not pleasant at all . Something natural would be better than cheap deoderizer .

Service on Pool side was average

The service was amazing from the moment we exited our car until the moment we left. My overall rating was boosted tremendously by their service and all the workers. Olivia was amazing and so accommodating. The pool was amazing to look at. Spa was beautiful. Location was great.

The pool was freezing and combined with the wind element being on the rooftop made it feel icy. If the pool was even slightly warmer given the wind, it would have made a world of difference. We were a group of 4 friends and the 2 double beds were not comfortable for 2 people. Its more for 1 adult and 1 child.

Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, area was quiet, free tram just outside that takes you into the city. Lovely buffet breakfast, staff we all lovey and accommodating, room service was very generous with meal which was amazing! Roof top pool is such a beautiful spot to relax and look out over. I cannot recommend staying here enough! It was such a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying again in the future.

This by no means is a negative but I just wanted to highlight how accommodating the staff were during our stay! The pillows were very soft but I prefer a firmer pillow, when I bought it to the attention of reception staff 2 firm pillows were delivered to our room promptly. Thank-you we had a wonderful night sleep! The little things make such a difference.

Breakfast was good, we enjoy it, but some food like pancake is premade, chefs should make fresh pancake much better, the coffee machine not that good, so we have to ordered coffee with barista, also coffee should included with breakfast in the same price $40 per person. The room we stayed 527, I expect move views what I paid for, the room was clean we happy with that.

before you book check out of the restaurant is open , as we booked Sunday-Wednesday and restaurant only open Thursday-sat but this isn’t advertised, also poolside service only available after 4 with a very limited menu (advertised as tapas and award winning ) but not one tapas on menu only pizza and fries and kids menu ?? cut my heel on the morning of checkout on a piece of glass located underneath bed (champagne bottle glass) we didn’t and don’t drink champagne, didn’t complain / it is what it is

Loved everything about the hotel, the minimalist touch, solid features and space especially in bathrooms. Rooftop pool was phenomenonal, good relaxation space. Archers restaurant was awesome, very good breakfast and staff. Nick was a standout with great engagement and customer service. Welldone Nick.

Parking was at a different location. Short walk to the hotel. I did appreciate the hotels acknowledgment of this and the arrangements to cover parking for guest. Shows a forward thinking management and a willingness to assist.

The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. The infinity pool was definitely the highlight with some good weather. The staff were all lovely. a massive shout out to Louise and Jacob for making our stay extra special. They are a true asset to the hotel.

The breakfast was ridiculous. No value for money at all. The spreads were literally purchased from the supermarket with knives in them. For such an elite chain it was very disappointing. The variety was also very basic and deserves much more attention for the price paid. It should have been reimbursed really as it was very far from expectations for such a beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, Chef Greg has his way with a simple omelette. Beds were comfy and clean, overall great experience.

Biggest issue was probably the TV, the hardware setup was great but there wasn't any real enetertainment(i.e Smart TV) with access to netflix/youtube and chromecast isn't that great since you have to lock out the devicing you are casting from like your phone. It wasn't a problem for me since I brought a laptop and luckily had an hdmi cable to connect to it but it was a slight inconvenience. That's the only thing I could nitpick though great room!

Staff were wonderful from the moment we checked in. The room was beautiful and very clean. Great location and wonderful views. The pool is amazing and pool bar drinks and food was delish. The staff at the pool bar were extremely busy but did not let this effect the service at all and were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely return here, with the children next visit.

Nothing bad to say except for the limited parking out the front on arrival. We had to park our vehicle and enter the premises to enquire about the valet. Staff were wonderful and helpful with parking though. Some cold water in the fridge would have been nice but a very small detail that can be overlooked.
