The property was so cute and comfortable! We were able to cook a fat steak for dinner in the little kitchen they had for us. Meaning, they had every utensil you could possibly think of. They had a washing machine and a dryer, and let me tell you how good it was to use a dryer in the middle of winter- in Melbourne. It was a 2 minute walk from the tram to take us straight to the CBD, so that was super convenient for us. The staff were amazing. We only spoke with one lady, but she was lovely and had the sweetest soul. Parking was super easy and private. I think the neighbours next to us even really enjoyed their stay, it wasn’t soundproof, if you know what I mean haha. Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans a little holiday/getaway in Melbourne!

If I had to find something I didn’t like, I’d say that the shower head was a little wobbly. It struggled to stay in place haha. But even then, it wasn’t much of an issue. So I can’t really say anything negative about this place! It was very homey.

The unit had everything: even a good sharp knife and soft low pillow, things I often bring from home as they are not generally provided. It was quiet, very clean and roomy and had a most comfortable bed. It was on the third floor so I had a lovely clear view, and built over Aldi Supermarket which was a very good one so no hassle with shopping for food. It was also within a walking distance of my daughter's apartment so I shall stay there again next time I visit her. We enjoyed a lovely night out at a very good Turkish Restaurant within walking distance.

Returning the key before the reception was open was not clear and I had to phone the receptionist. I can't think of anything else.

Location was great, very close to trams. Room was a good size and well resourced with kitchen, washing machine ect.

The bedroom has a larger window which opens up onto the public walkspace Security lights are movement sensitive and keep going on and off lifting the bedroom up. For us this made it difficult to sleep others it may not bother. However everyone in the building were very quiet, and we not disturbed by noise. They did offer to live us and were very understanding.

The apartment was unexpectedly entered from a first floor courtyard garden, above a supermarket. It was well appointed and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we particularly appreciated the laundry facilities after travelling for a while! It was also well situated for access to Melbourne's trams and trains.

The road outside was quite busy so sitting on the balcony was not always possible.

Location both above a supermarket and in the inner city

The cleanliness was very surface, it needs a deeper clean, ie. Toilets, range hood where you turn it on and the light was covered in old oil. Each time I have stayed the toilet has needed maintenance for continual flushing which usually takes a couple of days to rectify.

We had a smaller style room, but it was cosy and had everything we needed. It was welll appointed with a supermarket literally next door and restaurants nearby. Netflix, TV, YouTube etc all provided. It was nice and quiet and great with security.

The secure parking was a bit difficult to navigate with its lifts' location, and also important to remember your security device to get in AND OUT. Still it's reassuring to know your car is secure.

The terrace was nice to have and location was about 20 min walk to acland/Fitzroy street or a quick Uber

Well one thing annoyed me was leaving via the car park, it was a tight turn to get out and I scraped and damaged my vehicle on way out which was unfortunate- yes it was my fault but it was also quite difficult

It was so quiet, walking distance to St Kilda, clean, tidy and brilliant value for money

Bed was SO uncomfortable, mattress felt very cheap. The sliding door on the cupboard was very dodgy. Felt stuffy because you couldn’t open the doors over night, no flyscreen so couldn’t leave door open. Minor issues though as we weren’t there long.

I loved the king sized bed, my room and the instructions to my room were very clear. The wifi was good. I like the fact that this hotel isn’t far to public transport and a variety of small shops. Will definitely be back.

Someone had left a doggy poop bag in the garden by the inner door. Other than that there is nothing I didn’t like.

great location plenty of room parking available close to where our son lives

can be a little noisy from traffic/ people on street the bathroom extractor fan is on 24/7 and can’t be turned off. the noise from the fan can be heard in the bedroom and is not conducive for a good nights sleep. I bought ear plugs which helped.
